Ok I think I get it after this guy went on his rampage killing 9 people he jump infront of her car and committed suicide. at least that’s what it looked like towards the end with the flashback. I just assumed in the beginning of the film it was a hit and run. But the ending looked like in flashbacks that he jumped in front of her car on purpose but the last shot of the film where she is laughing and cracking up I didn’t exactly get.
