Wow, and I thought the Thumper was overpowered. I had trouble penning these with my Thumper. I do have to admit that big belt-fed auto cannon looks pretty cool and it makes this tank look like something out of Warhammer 40k 🙂. It would make a good 40k tank if they ever create more of those.

I have limited success on my 477a now that most players know to hit with HE, ram and swarm it. I now have to be very cautious on what battles to fight and when to escape.

Yep, this tank sent 3 of my main tanks back to garage real quick. Imagine fighting not just 1 but 4 of them pushing foward at the same time. Whole team formation breaks and we run away like big b*tches.

Just got this tank from 10 year celebration chest. Had my gf open half the packs and was excited she got me a tank. Then looked it up and it was 10% chance to get a tank but it was an epic rarity on top of it!!! Super excited to try this thing out😁😁

The only down side to this tank is the gun handling, if you shoot before fully aiming the shell almost always derps in another direction.

@@Molag-balsDeep_yeah high explosive, ur not penning it, just doing splash damage. Problem is most people you come against are in M1A2, and they don’t have high explosive, or do they? Anyway most people don’t carry high explosive. So most 1v1 ur invincible

Yeah WG is ruining Era 3 lately first the Wiesel ( which is manageable to defeat ) now this thing why did we need the molot if we already have the thumper? Personally I will never touch era 3 till the molot gets rebalanced

Wow. That's nuts. You mentioned bots in games - I've heard of this but don't know how to identify them - can you tell us how? I always assumed the little computer icon on the team screen was a cross-platform player - am I wrong?

They usually have pun type names now, and in the team listings you cannot inspect their profile. (The computer symbols are cross platform players, Bots will always show as on your platform)

Dragons Ridge ends up being split between two different sides where if too many of your team go that way you'll never get the support plus there's too many positions people can take that you cannot do anything about (especially in WWII)

@@Petty360 Yeah. That's a good point. I have noticed that there's a strange imbalance in the map, where the J and K lines allow tank destroyers to camp out. The A and B lines don't have anything like that, so it makes it very difficult for the bottom half team to push to the other side, except to push down the 9 and 0 lines. That being said, the opposite is true for the 9 and 0 lines, where it's much harder to push down that side if you're the top half team because of TD's along the A, B and C lines. Nonetheless, there's something about that map that I enjoy. I think it's a fun map, especially for heavies. At least for me.

Yeah I tried already I hit the upper plate with He from my type 90-II did only 300-330 damage while he was doing 760 damage to me. Although it was funny for him to actually move to cover after realizing my type 90-II is like 1 of 2 tanks at era 3 I think that actually has He as usable ammo type 😂

This tank represents the ideal of “Pay to Win” I quit and done with this game and uninstalled it because of it after played this game for years since try to pen this thing it’s like FV4211 will be like a paper if compared to this. It’s almost impossible to kill unless you has 900pen And it’s doesn’t required any skill to play this just sit with your unpenetretionable armor and fire with your 900pen nuke like launcher to every angled tank seem nice WG GOODJOB

This vehicle was designed in Ukraine towards the end of the Cold War only two prototypes wherever produced it was built off the chassis and suspension of the t-64 tank was designed to be the Soviets answer to the American M1 Abrams tank though this vehicle had several design flaws mostly with the 152 mm Cannon has some design flaws with the autoloading unmanned turret and cost mounted up and with the collapse of the USSR there was no real need for further development of this vehicle the only thing that I read There has never really been any true actual stats on the effectiveness of the 152mm since this weapon was a prototype only

Probably unpopular, but I dont mind a tank which plays different to every other mbt, what it has in frontal armour it gives in being vunerable to being over run or flanks like no other tank has to fear. Gun is good but the dps isnt anything outrageous (compared to getting hit by a fv4005 in era 1 with it's 1 shot potential) I think when the majority instead of the few learn to not frontally trade blows with it the rage will calm down. And im not supporting the gold only exclusivity. But as a concept alone I enjoy it, to fight or use. (Especially fight, nothing better then plowing into the side of 1 in my chally 2 for 1000 damage then plinking through the engine with hesh while it cant do anything against me.) Each to there own however.

Absurd… Why WG release premium tanks way overpowered is beyond me. They can’t nerf them because they’ve charged stupid amounts of money for it, unless they offer a refund(they got sued for nerfing the armadillo), because they are not only governed by US consumer law, but EU consumer law. They would be better off releasing prem tanks slightly underpowered and then buffing them accordingly or actually properly testing them in real battles before releasing. Monkeys running WoT console… SMH…

@@UpskirtEddy unfortunately it seems like a desperate money grab to me and It’s getting worse. For example, the Taran is OP, but this thing is on another level and will completely wreck era 3 for a long while. It will be like the ARVE all over again. You’ll be hard pressed to get an era 3 game without at least 2 or 3 of these per game, on either team. It will make grinding tech tree tanks a nightmare. But WG don’t think about those things, just the $$$$…

I purchased the tank because it was frustrating coming up against it in my chieftain mk11 getting absolutely destroyed. But I certainly feel there should be a cap on how many TDs you can have on a team I think a limit of 4 or 5 TD is fair. In two games I got ammo racked by a wiesel in the molot so still fear the wiesel.

@@specu7728 there are non from the front , even with rockets. Your best bet is to hit it's side's and rear. Wich in itself is hard to do with 14 other enemies covering him.
