My favorite part has to be at the end when they are like "objection, objection, ob ob ob objection, hold it. And then keep going till the" objection, hold it.... Hold it. Objection, hold it.... OBJECTION!! "
My favorite easy-to-miss detail in this video is how everyone's correctly lip synched to look like they're actually saying their lines. This never ever happens in the games since the outburst graphic covers the whole screen, but it's so tightly animated here that it looks perfectly natural, like of course their mouths would move to correctly form the words they're saying. Top tier stuff.
@@lexcomplex1060 ive seen a lot of people in omori/ace attorney/the non toxic part of danganronpa/zero escape and ghost trick, its just a very consistent group of people with great taste ^^
All things considered, von Karma could potentially make a terrific judge. He'd want a "perfect" verdict every time, and that entails taking every detail into consideration. That said, he'd have absolutely no tolerance for courtroom antics, which isn't fun
@Keagan Van Duzer He's talking about an alternate universe... in this universe he strives for a perfect record, meaning there's an alternate universe where he strives for a perfect verdict... sounds good to me!
Ooh, that triple-"Take That!" is still lovely. Neat to see it in higher visual quality. Is the audio still the same, or do my headphones just not pick up on that level of detail?
He's on the prosecution, he's on the defense, he's on the witness stand and he's in the judge's chair. He's in the records room with a taser in his hands.
@@SgvSth Additionally, Edgeworth has his defense badge when on the defense side, and the "Objection!" textbox is now pixellated to match instead of the HD version.
List of changes in this version of Objection Funk, compared to the usual one: 1.Changed graphics 2.Now the screen is shaking from the hit of the judge's hammer. 3.Miles has a lawyer badge if he's on defense. Maybe something else has changed, but this is what I found in this version. And yes, I'm not English, so the text may be incoherent.
The real reason that the Judge very rarely appears in this video is because he's absolutely unable to come to a conclusion on how wonderful this remaster is, its quality is indescribable Wonderful job on recreating a classic 2 year old video
id like to thank this song for being what finally pushed me to play ace attorney i literally havent put it down since i started its been like 13 straight hours and i think im going to hear these voice lines in my dreams tonight
I love how Phoenix freaks out and objects to Diego existing at the same time as Godot, nearly slapping Mia in the face to do it Little details like that take this from good to great
A lesser artist would have considered a "remaster" to be remaking this using the Trilogy's upscaled/redrawn sprites. Not even capcom seems to respect the mastery that is the original trilogy's pixel art. We still cant use them in the current release of the trilogy. But im glad you respect your own art enough to keep it in its Ideal Form.
Capcom didn't even fully respect the original trilogy's plot in the remake. While 99.99% of the story is the game, they changed one character's hair color. Which sounds super minor and nit-picky, until you realize *which* character it is. Spoilers, obviously. Iris Hawthorne. You know, the character whose hair being the same color as Maya's, but the same style as Dahlia's, was the whole reason that the twist of the final case even worked from a logical standpoint? The case that ties the whole trilogy into a neat little bow? I doubt they made the change with malicious intent - they likely hired an artist who didn't realize that these two characters needed to have the same hair color. But it's still disappointing that they did so well and then fucked up right before the finish line.
But the HD sprites are better in every way. (Except the missing frames but that makes the iOS and 3DS graphics unique) It would be a better remaster if they DID use the HD sprites.
@@jaxsterminator8634 You are objectively wrong. The original pixel art has so much more character, detail, and care in them than the HD art. The HD art is so flat (both character wise and shading and color wise), and can just look plain bad in many cases, like with all of Phoenix's sprites. The sheer hubris of capcom to not only attempt to recreate the pixel art, but also to replace it and not give players the option to use the pixel art in the HD trilogy, is unfathomable to me. People like you who have convinced themselves that the HD art is better are why we are stuck with it, and why thousands of new players will not experience the game with the real version of the art.
The original Objection Funk was what made me buy the trilogy in the first place and I am now a huge Ace Attorney fan. Great remaster! (Also has the extra Godot been added in this one? Or am I just imagining that it wasn't there in the original?)
When the original song first came out I had never played the original trilogy and it peaked my interest. Now this game is literally my favorite game ever. Thanks so much for introducing me to this masterpiece!
