@@theblackoutexplorer2658 Eh, I think I'm with Vorname here - Just because the AH team of lawyers are generally looking like fools doesn't mean all the actions they take are foolish. This is one example of a decent play to demonstrate a potential bias that jury/judge should take into consideration 🤔 They aren't trying to prove that he was bribed or something, only establishing a potential bias. Sure even here there isn't a guarantee of a bias, but we're talking about what seems most reasonable here. That's never going to be 100% Humans don't reason robotically after all, and I'm no exception - If my boss regularly gave gifts or baked free cookies or something outside of my expectations as an employee, that would certainly make me a bit biased in their favor - Even if the cookies are unrelated, It could make me less likely to believe someone saying my boss was stealing from the company or whatever other crime. There are already plenty of examples of silly decisions made by the AH team already - we don't need to assume they ALL are bad plays I mean hey, even a broken clock is right twice a day yeah? 😅

"I just want you to answer my questions, nothing more" and the guy started doing just that. Lawyer: "[something dumb], is that correct?" Witness: "That is not correct" Lawyer: "Would you mind explaining what is not correct?" Witness: "Not correct is when something is not accurate. It is incorrect." That is, by far, my favorite answer of all time.

As someone who hasn’t followed the trial except to see which side was the truth, you guys have me real excited for future clips here.

Some of the accounts from a youtuber & lawyer that actually visited the trial said that some of the juries are very uncomfortable with AH keep staring them in the mids of testimony.

@@crozraven I’m not surprised lol, it’s not normal for a defendant to turn and talk to the jury when they’re being questioned by someone else. Like imagine if two people were arguing and one of them kept looking at you, who was on the sidelines and not involved

@@dbclass4075 idk why but I don’t really enjoy playing the game when Apollo Justice came out. I play Spirit of justice and also the great Ace attorney. I love Miles Edgeworth investigation though. I don’t think the new 3d art is a bad game, I just feel like something is missing.
