actually by spending lots of time in jail, getting addicted to feldew, and leveling 1-1-1 you can get to 191.and leveling 1-1-0 for the last ones gets you even higher(215 for breton female)
actualy when u get jailed it puts ur major skills down so u can keep doin that 2 get like a realy high lvl but ive aint been 2 jail so my dude is only 50 =D
