Someone You Don't Know he is not wrong, it is plane of oblivion. All the deadric princes have their own planes of oblivion. Sheogorath the prince of madness planes of oblivion all called the shivering isles.

@@InitialPC He didn't feel like himself wearing it. It's so similar to real life depression and medication causing side effects, I think a clinically depressed person wrote that quest, or someone who used to be depressed did.

Did you guys know Wes Johnson, the guy who voice acts Sheogorath, Hirrus, and like, 90% of the male characters in this game ALSO voice acted in Skyrim? He's been voice-acting in Bethesda games since they first had voice acting in TES Morrowind. He has a feckin great IMDB picture, too.

I believe at the ending of the DLC you become sheogorath or something like that. now imagining Kevin given that position where he actually can choose what he wants to do with situations while he sits on a throne doesn't look like it's gonna end well.

Omg you read right past the part of the will where Hirrus explained a wizard gave him the ring but he stopped wearing it because it made him feel less like himself lol it was kind of a dangerous antidepressant analogy, I felt so sad for him when i finished that quest though, his memory and a singular affection for him stayed with me to this day X)
