You guys should stop judging dis guy. How would you know that he has tried employing Ghanaians in the beginning and it did not work. Its not easy working with Ghanaians or even Africans here. I have had many experiences working with my fellow Ghanaians and its not easy. You get a situation where your own Ghanaian brother /sister siding with a foreigner just so you either get sacked or he gains favour. I understand this guy. Maybe he is comfortable with foreigners because of bad experience. And remember at the end of the day, he wants his company to grow and nothing else. So don't blame him
Thanks sweet sister down here in Ghana lot of the youth don't want to work hard.I am professional tailor I sew suits .some come and lie to me for me to sew for them after sewing they are nowhere to be found .

I think washing the clothes wouldn't be a bad idea but that alone is a whole lot of work on its own. In my opinion, some form of heat treatment can be applied and incorporated in the compressing process so that at least some harmful bacteria will be subdued if not eliminated. on the sundry, I think Hes doing a good job and need to be rewarded. # Ghanainansabroad

Anthony Owusu Ghanaians don’t respect these jobs, that is why we are where we are. And when they are working for thier fellow Ghanaians they think they should be treated differently and that doesn’t work

These clothes are dirty and smelly, they don't wash them he'll know where the got them from.. They killing our local clothing and manufacturing business.. They should tax them for bringing cheap and nasty and pollution the environment..
If he employ a Ghanaian there, at the end of the day that person would want to kill him. Ghanaians are good at helping foreigners to succeed. But are always good at collapsing our own.
Thank You Johnson.. My point all this while. Its not easy out here with our fellow Ghanaians /Africans at all... In 6 months, I changed jobs 4times just bcos my Ghanaian brothers and sisters were making it hell for me. Finally I am working with only whites/foreigners and I ve been here for 4 years. No problem at all so far.
The workers are not white people, all foreigners. This kind of job they mostly use people who don't have papers to work legally. I have worked like this before for a Ghanaian lady when I was new. Because I was a Ghanaian and fresh, the lady manager was given us less than $7 an hour which can only buy your train ticket and she won't even pay you. It took another Ghanaian to advice me.
