Observer design pattern is explained by creating a small asp.net core mvc application and injecting a new fucntionality which is implemneted using Observer pattern. It explains what is Observer design pattern , when to use Observer Design Pattern and how to use Observer design pattern in C#.
The ASP.NET MVC code I kept it very simple so that even if you don't have idea, you can easily follow along.
