The "Wing King" has approved of this recipe! Looks great! The presentation was beautiful. I like the fact that the wings are the regular size. I don't like those big huge wings. Will have to try this one on my channel, if you don't mind.

We made this the other night with some modifications: we actually had black Chinese vinegar and we smoked wings on the grill with pecan chips instead of baking. It was divine. Thank you! I love how simple and impactful your recepies are. Can't wait to try more.

Hi Marion!! I found one of your videos last week and have been watching everything since then. I love your cooking and personality, a true delight. I can't wait to start practicing your recipes, but is not easy to find most of the ingredients in my place, since I'm Spanish, and live in a tiny village in the northwest. In my next trip to the city I'll try to get my ingredients in the asian supermarket and enjoy your recipes. Lots of love from Spain!!!

@@lulu221188 my country is beautiful but absolutely different from north to south, east to west. I live in the northwest and the climate, culture and geography is really similar to Ireland, since we both have Celtic backgrounds. Spain is multicultural and vibrant, I'm happy you had a good time over here, I hope you'll enjoy the south in your next visit. Ps: I recommend you to watch couple of "spain revealed" (by James Blick) videos in RU-vid, a channel about experiencing spain like a local and, as a Spaniard, I can say is a great food-culture guide of my country.

I had to try this right away so I made it tonight with some modifications! I used cubed tofu in my air fryer to replace the chicken (as we are vegetarian) and in place of oil to fry I did water “fry” on a good non stick deep pan. (We are avoiding calorie dense items like oil, in order to reduce weight) It all came out perfect!!!!
