It would be pointless for asking for parole at any time in the future while he refuses to disclose where the body is. In the UK there is a pressure group that wants killers to remain in prison while the body is still hidden even if they have served their full sentence.
It's SO CREEPY watching him flirt w his female defense attorney and seeing her look so flattered by it! If she's that easily manipulated, she should NOT be a defense attorney! She seems like the type of woman who'd help convicts escape prison bc he promised to "run away" with her!
Not really. Ol’ greasy letecia stauch was giggling and flirting with her attorney, constantly, during a freaking child murder trial! I think some of these defense attorneys know exactly who they are tasked with representing and their actions come off as weird when it may just be a way for them to get through awful cases they know they can’t win, won’t win, but still need to come across as confident…
I had an ex husband like this,, I dated after years of divorce and was always tormented, threatened, even went to the guys house after church and threatened him. Nobody ever did anything. He told me he’d make sure I died an alone old woman. I stopped dating in 2011, he died in 2016 of a drug overdose, and I’m still alone and still stay scared. I can’t even sleep. I have to cover a few windows with blankets because he would call and tell me what I and our kids were doing that night and laughing about looking through the windows. Had several people tell me for years he was going to “do something “ to me…. It was a constant thought, I guess that’s what he wanted. He was always with other women, and he “their” house to constantly torment me. I’m shaking writing this

@@astrialindah2773 thank you, but I stated he died of a drug overdose. When I finally got away and it took three years for him to sign divorce papers. Always has restraining orders, never worked, he would come to my house and do things, he knew by the time the cops came he would be gone. Finally a judge wrote on the order to go pick him up because he was never here, but they still never did

I don't wait overnight to get ahold of a family member. If I don't hear from them after trying to call and talk for a couple hours I'm out looking for them and making calls. I was a Firefighter/EMT for years so I'm always concerned about their well being. I don't think I'm alone in my thinking.
Yea, I have some single older friends that we all call each other at least before bed so we know we are all safe and everything is ok. Yea, our kids check on us, but we are all old n disabled w pets, so we always check in. Actually just got my good nite call from one of them lol
Thank God it’s not just me. I have two grown sons, my eldest, I was calling for hours, and he’s normally really receptive. In the end, my husband went round to his house. He was working and his phone was on silent. The terrible thoughts that went through my head, I can’t begin to tell you. I take nothing for granted when it comes to my family. 🌹
Top notch reporting, Jesse. The summary here was so easy to follow and enjoy. Great editing. Thankful the ‘justice system’ worked this time and found him guilty.

@@mellec917 I did too! The way he was staring at his daughter without moving was creepy! I wonder if his kids will have any contact with him after this?
@@shayshaymann113 I don't think it was shock.. it was more like pure evil staring at his own daughter in a threatening way to scare her into not talking. He's disgusting and guilty. 😠 IMO!
Shows how truly sick a lot of men are. I'll never understand why they can't move on. Women literally outnumber men but one man will kill his ex just so she can't move on with another smh. In this case, kills his exes lover. He looks like he feels proud of what he did.
The most chilling and hard to wrap your head around aspect of this case is his closing statement following his conviction. He sits there calm as can be like hes reading facts out of a textbook and claims he didnt do it, the guy is truly a psychopath with no remorse. He truly does not care that someone is no longer with us bc of his actions and it really doesnt bother him at all.
His closing statement on a different site is the reason I’m here. I don’t know much at all about this case. You are right, if he did it, he is a complete psychopath… But what if he didn’t?
@@losanto2295 The basic crux of it is he stalked his ex wife to the point even his own daughter testified against him bc she knew it was wrong. @@Mclovinit8171 after posting my comment, I watched a whole lot more stuff on this case and yes… It’s pretty irrefutable but your last sentence is cause for reasonable doubt. I’m not arguing, one way or another… I’m just saying “what if“.
The way he sits there with a straight face like he’s innocent and not a cold blooded killer. I wish these types of people would just plea guilty from day 1. Also hard to fathom how that little weasel managed to overpower the victim and succeed in killing him.
They get them from behind... he may have asked to come in and speak to the guy and caught him off guard. Or got him as he unlocked his door. We will never know.
I wanna know when & why his daughter OA was threatened by the defendant. That was the craziest moment of this whole case. There is no doubt in my mind that he is guilty of killing Rosalio
The daughter never said WHO she was threatened by. For all you know, it could’ve been Sadie (her mom) who threatened her. This comment, or your inference, is precisely why a mistrial should’ve been declared at that exact moment because despite the daughter not saying who threatened her, you still inferred it was her dad, much like I’m sure the jury did. I’m disappointed the defense didn’t push harder for a mistrial, particularly after the judge himself said “how do we avoid a mistrial?” in response. The result was this man did not get a fair trial (in a bevy of more ways than just this) and whether or not you think someone’s the guiltiest murderous murderer, you should never want for a breakdown of our judicial process like that, because one day it just may very well be you who’s being framed & charged for murder.
@@OliviaNile A lot of people don’t understand why due process, even for the clearly guilty, is so important. And you hit the nail on the head at the conclusion of this comment. This whole DA’s office is a mess. Remember these are the same people who brought charges against Kyle Rittenhouse (Gravely wisely gave this unpopular case to Binger). Gravely comes across like the kind of prosecutor who would manufacture evidence in a slam dunk case.
@@OliviaNile I did have something similar happen to me, and trust me they're not bothered about the truth or who did anything they just want a conviction against anyone they bring in
@@OliviaNileapparently you missed when the judge asked the lawyers if they knew what it was all about and they said yes. They said it did NOT have to do with THIS case but that it involved the defendant, his daughter and the gun. So yes, it was her dad who had threatened her. It wasn't her mom's gun so how would she threaten her with it? In the very first interview, 2 days after the murder, the child had with the police and forensic interviews with professionals that deal with talking to kids, OA asked if she could leave to ask her mom something. There were multiple people there. She asked her mom if she could talk about the gun her dad had. Her mom said she had no idea what that was about and didn't know anything about him having a gun but that yes, she should tell them everything she knows and tell them the truth. Witnessed by multiple people on May 19th, 2 days after RG was killed. Maybe you should take your own advice and make sure you listen to all of the testimony and the trial before making baseless accusations. The defense was shady. They tried asking questions making it look like OA wanted to go out and get info from her mom to tell them and then fought to keep out the info about her asking her mom if she could tell about the gun and Sadie not knowing. They opened that door and were mad they couldn't keep it out and ruined their "mom was giving her info" bs.
His lawyer was a bit taken with her client. Touching his leg to comfort him and showing way too emotion towards the words said about him. Very oblivious
I am worried too. But probably not like you are, because i am a man who got backstabbed multiple times by w and never by men. Have seen the most unloyal, superficial and snake like behaviour from exes. Im not dating anymore. Its over for some of us, sometimes we can't even get to dates, no matter what we try (egoless). F transactional relationships with neither honor nor loyalty. I'll stay with the boys and ignore women (besides family). Its sad because i always wanted women friends, a family and kids. Still want but im not risking trusting again.
Sadly he killed this man out of hate. He got every bit of what he deserved. watching this man in court made me want to throw up. This guy is completely arrogant and manipulative.
Just another person who could've been saved if stalking was immediately an arrestable offense, make it a 24 hold on first accusation. If there's any evidence like phone records then it's a felony. If I can get up to 20 years for getting caught with heroin without hurting anyone then these violent psychos should get that and more!
How you gonna prove stalking tho? Even with phone records any dude with a decent lawyer is debunking that and getting you out. Only way you could is if you had a PI or cop outside your place at all hours, nobody has money or time for that usually. You know how expensive a PI is? You know how much crime is going on in wisconsin? Crimes in this country have to be proven it has to be proven you did it, Drunk driving thats why you take a breathalyzer, Assault thats why they look for marks corresponding with the victims marks, and so on.
@@Mclovinit8171stalking could be proven by having ring doorbell cameras or other surveillance cameras set up that record the person being at your house, driving by etc. then the stalker's cell phone footprint can be matched up with the person they are stalking. phone records of the stalker calling or texting you.
It's a test on whether you can separate emotion from logic. He looks like DeCaprio to me but it's irrelevant to his case. You're one step away from measuring head size to determine intelligence.
Such a ridiculous logic. ZA has a record so anything he claims should be not credible right? You take their info and match it to other facts. He knew that his house was crappy in a nice area. He knew that ZA was a jealous ex of Sadie and was mad she was happy with meeting someone new. He knew there were also knife wounds that matched the blood testimony. You don't discredit just because they are in jail. You use it to corroborate with the other facts and whether it matches or not.
If anyone watched his speech before sentencing he really knows how to gaslight. Also I sense a weird connection with is lawyer. She almost seems enamored by him.
She feels for much he was hurt. He had a family with the woman. She left him for a guy with two kids to start another family. It broke him so he did the unthinkable.
She was flirting and giggling with him during the trial . She was so disrespectful and rude . Dressed inappropriately too one day with her breasts hanging out .
Oh dear lord - His defense had a crush on him. look at the footage of his attorney leaning into him while he licked his lips and stared at her breasts. She openly flirted with him. He is a narcissist creep.
He had no emotions, no remorse. Nothing in life is worth another's life. Couldn't imagine walking into the victims apartment, and no body found the family needs closure.
Glad justice was done. Once you leave a relationship - you walk away. It doesn't matter who they get with Personally, I would never get with a guy who has man bun. I am glad she won her case.
I'm not seeing anyone interpreting the signs he made to her. The first one is "father" and I believe there is a "mother" in there, I think rubbing the chest is "please" and then the last is "thanks" But I didn't catch the whole phrase, I'm not great at ASL. Anyone know? Starts around the 21:40 mark.
Or asked him to stop intimidating the witness, then if he continues he can get slapped with contempt of court. Have seen that happen before when I was on a jury for a domestic. The bf was intimidating the gfs mother by glaring at her while she testified
Did the defence help the jury see any other threats that were around this victim? Or was Zachariah the only problem or known threat in this victim’s life?
Why is no one mentioning that when he goes missing lines up with the stalking? That is a huge thing I think people are missing. If someone is stalking another person, then their partner goes missing, it’s a bit too coincidental
I did not watch much of this trial. I did watch the testimony of his daughter. It was so creepy to watch him stare at her while testifying. It was very clear how torn she was. I may be wrong, but I can only imagine she must have felt like he was somehow trying to control her testimony. Then I did see he was trying to give her signals from the defendants table. So frightening. I hope she can obtain help to be sure she is coping well, and for her Mother as well. Very sad, no winners here.
I haven’t followed any of this case, but his speech before sentencing seemed believable. Everyone’s saying he’s a narcissist, and I do have to remind myself there are a lot of narcissists in the world. It doesn’t make them all killers. There are a lot of bad people in the world, but it doesn’t make them killers. so I hope justice was served and I think I need to watch more of the case. I have heard a lot about the daughters testimony being against him, so I probably should watch that to
His daughter is not loyal. She snitched on him about a man that didn’t raise her, didn’t love her. She sold her dad out & really could have stayed quiet. He didn’t kill her mother or a family mwmber. The daughter is honestly a little punk & he should have instilled better loyalty values in her. I would disown that snitch tbh.
@dom garcia please don't have kids. That child had the strength to face her father and tell the truth about how he treated his mother. Calling her a snitch!?! You're a garbage human and a complete POS!
So glad he got convicted thinks he can get away with killing people just because his girlfriend had a new boy friend. Let him rot in prison. He will not have his x girlfriend again or his children.
Shady Sadie I'd a barfly who left those children a lone to go off to mexico with someone she hardly new. She also traumatized their daughter with that pathetic sign in the back of her car and made O A testify against her father and put him a way for a long time. Shame on Sadie and the Jury for not being intelligent enough to see through this made up fabricated story the DA put out there. Ridiculous.
Ya not really sure what you’re talking about when you say had a new boyfriend. Guitierrez literally had a date with another woman the night he was allegedly killed. Or went missing. He was also seeing another woman too. Three total. No exclusivity other than in Sadie’s head. Makes you wonder if she happened upon him with his other date that night.
Nicole Muller/Mueller-have you EVER heard about “professional/attorney-client boundaries”?? Watching the interaction between this attorney with her psychopath client was so off-putting, left a bad taste…just inappropriate. Nicole-I’m embarrassed FOR you!
Didn't ZA tell SB that he found a love letter to/from someone else in RG's vehicle? If he thought RG was cheating on SB, why would he kill him...if such was the case they'd be bound to break up at some point. Also, as an obsessive stalker lover, I would think ZA would kill SB rather than RG.
You make very good points. Too bad the state didn’t even investigate Sadie, or any of the other suspicious characters. And because of that we’ll never know the truth, because the state certainly did not prove anything beyond a reasonable doubt in this case. They couldn’t even prove the man is dead and no longer alive. That’s a huge problem.
@@OliviaNile I would and could never, ever, find someone guilty of murder without a body, never and I’ve set on many trials in my years and have been the only hold out. Unfortunately people don’t take the law by it’s written word and act on emotion, which is the #1 instructions to not do.
@@dudemorris7769 If I had been in this jury my vote would have definitely been guilty. Too much evidence and incriminating behaviour. There are countless victims who have ‘disappeared’ and never been found. If he had been set free would Sadie be his next victim - leaving his children without a responsible parent? Sadie’s initial mistake was thinking Zach cared about his children versus only cared about controlling her.
I mean we can say "allegedly" without a body all we want but what matters is there was obviously enough for a jury to pull the trigger. But I did not watch the case nor did I really study it and it being out of wisconsin leads me to believe it wasnt handled with the greatest care by the DA. I got a feeling he did it tho, just looking at the basic motives, the guys record, and the fact he had already gotten in trouble for stalking her. If he didnt do it then theres a mountain of coinciding evidence sitting next to him and he was put into one of the greatest set ups of all time.
How did he lift 240 lbs of dead weight though? ZA is not a huge man. What's with the friend who had a date to meet Guttierez at his townhouse at the time ZA was in the house?
Couldn’t liquid blood splatter occur with the first blow though? If the object used in the blunt force trauma broke skin & revealed blood upon the first strike / blow / hit & then it had blood on the object as it was pulled back, it would splatter blood, would it not? Couldn’t blood spew from the body itself to make such splatter upon the first blow too?- Especially if the object struck a certain body of the body, like an area with a big vein / artery (are arteries just below the skin? I don’t think so but I’m sure certain objects could make a deep enough wound / hole upon one hit to strike & cut open an artery as well as the flesh & muscle above it) as the area would then spurt blood outward from the body. Correct?
He could have covered his head to catch blood splatter. Arteries are deep. If however the artery burst internally you would not see much blood. The last thought I have is Police don't work with possibilities they worked with probability. Is what you are saying probable or possible?
I only caught bits & pieces but was his daughter deaf that was why he was signing ? I thought I heard her speak and listen to verbal questions and what was the device the girlfriend and her family were wearing ? Thx
Unfortunately, in the UK where I live it is illegal to carry pepper spray. The law here is far more protective of criminals than it is the victims and women's safety is pretty low down on the list of priorities . In my opinion.

Shame on you l&c! You already showed the live stream name as “obsessed” ex when the case was ongoing and he wasn’t convicted. Let courts do their job and stop spreading narratives.
Just don’t date a person who has an obsessive ex, who you know is stalking them. In the stalkers mind they will see you as the reason why! That person whom they are obsessed with, has moved on! And will feel that they have to harm or eliminate you, in order to win that person back.
