Obsidian - Working with Encounter Maps 

I struggled to find this but if you want to rename your layers to something specific, instead of just having layer1 layer2 etc. when using map layers, this is the syntax for leaflet, i.e. you add |customlayername: image: - [[Image1.jpg|Optional Alias]] Thanks for the informative videos!

This masterclass is just great. Leaflet was a mystery before but not anymore!! Aside from fictional maps- Obsidian and leaflet together are like a casual GIS database, e.g. you could setup up real world maps for where you visited, geography projects, bucket list or whatever. Or inventory where stuff is. Maybe even link images e.g. photos you took to a place (granted you can do this anyway with mapping software if your photos have geotags.) You could also use it on any image I guess so something complex needing description could have pages pointing to each feature??

Thanks for this! Do you know if there's a way to set zoom levels for lines and polygons/regions?

How did you get by without setting Bounds on this one?
