Obstacle Limitation Surfaces (OLS) define the airspace around aerodromes to be maintained free from obstacles so as to permit the intended aeroplane operations at the aerodromes to be conducted safely and to prevent the aerodromes from becoming unusable by the growth of obstacles around the aerodromes.

Hello. At 10:12 your diagram shows that the full length of the transitional surface (including centreline to end of strip) is 465m. Are you sure that it isn't 455m? If the length from the runway centreline to the start of transitional is 140m, and the length of the transitional surface is 315m, then wouldn't the full length be 455m? Unless this airstrip may be of a different class/reference code? Thank you.

You are absolutely correct 👍. Earlier the basic strip was 150 m as it is now 140 m. The length of the transitional surface from the centre line to the end is 455 m.
