Hello Brian needing to get a multi-Co-Homeowner revrerse mortgatge. But one of the signed-on Co-Homeowners never resided in the physical home and this signed-on Co-Homowner cannot be located. Can an AFFIDAVIT of NON-OCCUPANCY resolve this issue? Is there some standard form, or will an Attorney be required.
I'm not 100% sure as to the answer. We don't do reverse mortgages at all, that's kind of a specialty mortgage. I'm afraid I would not know how to advise you. Sorry that I cannot help. I would suggest contacting an attorney that knows real estate law/mortgages.
