मॅम मुझे पहिले से ओसीडी थी पर मेरे साथ एक घटना हुई. ऊस घटना को पाच साल हुए. वो घटना मेरी दिमाग मे बैठ गयी. मैने bahut प्रयास किये उस घटना को भुलाने ki फिर उस घटना के खयाल मेरे दिमाग मे आते रहते हे व घटना ही मुझे चलाती हे. मेरे दिमाग मे उस घटना के चित्र आते हे और वो चित्र मुझसे काम करवाते रहते हे. मेरी जिंदगी बरबाद करदी उस घटना ने मे कोई काम अभी भी ठीक से नही कर पाता. मे कोई काम करणे जाता हू तो वो खयाल वो घटना विचारोके रूप मे आके वो काम करणे नही देते. जैसे मुझे किसीने हॅक करके राखा ho वो विचार ki नही सुनी तो मुझे बहुत anixity होती हे. और उस time मुझे बहुत डर लगता हे. इन पाच सालो मे मेरे दिमाग मे सिर्फ wo hi घटना घुमती रही और अभी भी वो ही मुझे चला रही हे. इस wajah से मुझे ठीक से लिखना भी नही आता जैसे ki मै लिखना भूल गया हू. मेरे दिमाग मे हमीसा दर्द रहेता हे. मैने कुछ पागल लोग देख लिये थे. फिर मेरी ocd के खयालो ने उस घटना को पकड लिया. तू भी पागल ho जायेगा ऐसे खयाल ऑटोमॅटिक मेरे दिमाग मे चलने लगे. मेरे इच्छा के खिलाफ फिर ऊन खयालो से मै बहुत डर gaya और वो विचार ना आये उसके लिये बहुत प्रयास किये फिर भी वो खयाल बहुत ही बढ गये. तब मे 23साल का था अब मै 28 साल का हू पर उस घटना ki वजह से मे जिंदगी मे कुछ नही कर पाया क्यूकी उस घटना का डर मुझे कोई काम करणे नही देता अभी भी mera दिमाग present मे नही रहता बस डर के खयाल घुमते रहते हे दिमाग मे ऐसा हो जायेगा वैसा हो जायेगा और वो विचार मुझे चलाते हे वो घटना मेरी साथ जब से हुई मेरी श्वशो का पॅटर्न बदल gaya मुझे श्वास खिचके लेणी पडती हे. मेरी सबसे बडी प्रॉब्लेम मेरे साथ जो घटना हुई थी ऊन लोगो कर देख कर तो मुझे ऊन जैसे सुरत वाले लोग भी दिखे तो मुझे बहुत ही anxity होती हे. फिर मे उनके हाथ का पाणी नहीं पी शकता ना ऊन लोगोकें हाथ खा शकता हू मै खाता भी नही हू डर ki वजह से ki मै पागल ना हो जाऊ .मेरी ocd उस घटना का सहारा लेकर मुझसे बहुत गंदे काम करवा ती हे और मुझे पागल होणे के डर से वैसा करना पडता हे. प्लीज मॅम मुझे मदत किजीये. मेरे मन और दिमाग मे बहुत डर बैठ गया हे. विडिओ देखणेसे आराम मिलता हे पर कुछ time के लिये मुझे ऐसास भी डर के ही आते हे. मेरा दिमाग हमेशा अब हँग रहने लगा हे मुझे क्लिअर समझ नही आता ki मे अगला काम कोनसा करू मै 5 सालो से लोगो मे भी नही गया क्योकी उनसे बात करणे मे डर लगता हे. मेरा ocd दिमाग लोगो से बात नही करणे देता मुझे डराता रहता हे. तू अपने दोस्तो मै मत जा वो लाईफ मे आगे निकल गये तू पीछे छुट गया ऐसा डर दिखाता रहता हे तू बहुत पीछे छुट गया और ये सही भी हे. और मेरा मरणे का भी मन करता था. क्योकी इन विचारो कि बहुत ही तक्लिफ हे. मुझे कॉऊंटिंग ocd भी हे. साफ सफाई वाली खत्म हो गयी. मेरे साथ एक और प्रॉब्लेम हे कि मेरे साथ जो घटना हुई थी उस दिशा कि तरफ मुह करके मे पाणी नही पी शकता ना खाशकता ना पिशाब कर शकता ना लिख शकता. ना सास ले शकता उस घटना कि वजह से बहुत डर बन गये हे. उस घटना का डर ही मुझे चलाता रहता हे. मै अच्छे विचार करणे जाता हू. उस घटना के विचार मुझे अच्छे विचार करणे नही देते. full feel नही करणे नही देते.बीच मे ही कोईभी भ्रम तयार हो जाता हे. और मे उसमे फस जाता ह. प्लीज मॅम मेरी मदत किजीये मैने बहुत हिम्मत कर के इतना सारा लिखा नही तो मेरी ocd मुझे लिखने भी नही देती. मुझे डॉक्टर के पास भी नही जाणे देती इलाज के लिये मेरी ocdकेहती हे तू खुदही ठीक हो जायेगा. पर मे ठीक नही हो पा रहा हू. मेरी हेल्थ भी बहुत खराब हो चुकी हे ocd के और उस घटना के खयाल से. उस घटना के चित्र मुझे चलाते रहते हे. उनकी नही सुनी तो मेरे हाथ पाव कापणे लग जाते हे. पसीना बहुत आने लगता हे दिमाग काम करना बंद हो जाता हे. मॅम मैने ये लिखने के लिये बहुत हिम्मत कि हे क्योकी मेरी ocd मुझे लिखने नही देती

Mam i am making this worksheet right now... Mjhe kuch kuch jagah kafi doubts the... Jaise mre ocd mental fears ki hai... Jaise i learnt about law of attraction.... There they talk about imagination... But my mind constantly create negative imagination... For example if i want to imagine success it shows failure.... And i get fearful... Last 10 years se kuch zada hi ho rha hai... I was doing this worksheet but half se zada merese ho nahi paa rha tha bcoz khud se thoughts pakdte time bhi anxiety ho rhi thi....but i wl continue.... End mein ocd ka sirf ek hi solution hota hai to change belief.... So more i have to make my mind think of success and in imagination too.... Plz aap ho sake to ek video banana jisme law of attraction mein jaise bolte hain ki positive hi imagine karo aur agar baar baar negative thoughts aaye to kya kare

Ma'am mera beta 17 year ka hai, hand washing ki habit thi allergic rehnitis ki vjah se but ab es se bhi aage ho gya, kabhi kehta hai Mera head increase ho rha, mere ear increase ho rhe. Mera scan krvao, headache ho rha, mujhe brain tumor lag rha hai, 2 week ho gye aise kehta mam main kya kru, husband use dant dete Hain

Mam mujhe ocd vichar bhoot aata hai vichar aane ke badha me mentally compalson or fijical compalson karne lag jata hu jab Tak aas nhi socha leta ki ya Jo vichar or image Jo bhi aa Rahi he ye Mera sath nhi kisi or ke sath aas ho rahe hai or aas compalson karna padta he aas lagta he ki body automatic chal Rahi he mam bhoota nagative vichar aate hai jase koi news pad lo toh Bo vichar na kuch galat suna lo Bo vichar ya kuch galat dekha lo Bo vichar continue dimag me chalt rahte hai Compalson Jo kart hu Kuch Kam kar rah hu use karte waqt vichar ya image aati he phir use hatne ke liy mujhe aas sochna padta hai ki ya Mera sath nhi kisi or ke sath aas hoga Or fijikal compalson me bar bar ushi jag par khade ho kar vichar change karn padta hai nhi hota vichar change toh bar bar ushi jagah par ja ke vichar change kart raht hu help me or ish ocd par koi video upload kijiye mam
