The hotel had a lot of kids zones, including the round swimming pools with floating tools and artificial waterfalls, like a mini water park for kids. So i’m not sure if they have specific adults only areas, it would be best to reach out to the hotel management directly regarding this 😉

Hi! Yes, there are multiple elevators. The buildings are about 4-5 floors but it is nice to take an elevator on a hot sunny afternoon! ☀️🏖

Hi Diane! Thanks for watching 😉 The price for the PCR test is $90 USD per person. You can pay with your credit card/cash. The hotel is a good place to stay with kids: there is a kid's playroom, pool, floating tubes, etc. As for the ocean, the surface is a bit rocky when you come in so you need to wear shoes to make sure you don't get injured. My husband cut his feet a little bit on a rocky stone that he didn't notice when going for a swim. So just a heads-up to be careful with at the beach.

Hi there! Thank you for watching 🤗 The WiFi was good, we had coverage in the beach as well as the whole territory of the hotel. But at that time the hotel was only 1/3 full and there weren’t that many users. I tried to upload a video on the channel and it took me a couple of hours to do it from my room. So, if you are looking for a high-speed connection for working, I’d go for an extra data card/sim chip. If you just need to use it for social media/checking messages, the hotel wi-fi will be enough 😉

Hi Sarah 👋🏼 The COVID test was $90 USD per person. You can pay by card or by cash in ISD. Once you arrive, there will be shuttle bus services with the name of your tour company, once you get there, they will check your name and direct you to the bus.

Hi! Thank you so much! The food was great, with a big selection of seafood, meats and traditional Dominican cuisine. We went to an a la carte restaurant every night, our favourite one was the steakhouse with high quality meat selection. Also loved the Italian restaurant and the food there. The coffee place had a variety of milk choices, ranging from soy to almond and coconut milk as well as the sweetest pastries. The room service was great, the staff understands English and we never had any issues. I'd recommend to get some change for tips in advance. There's also an ATM machine at the lobby if needed. Only 2 restaurants are open a day and even if they're not crowded, you may wait for an hour to be served. Also, you have to go to the front desk to even make reservations to eat at any restaurant. The foods was not impressive

Hi Kimberly, when was your trip? I was there at the end of September this year and they didn't have that may guests, about 1/3 of the hotel was full. So we got access to all the restaurants and the only place we need to make a reservation for was the Sakura restaurant, we reserved it 1 day prior to coming in. The rest was great, but perhaps they have improved some processes and availability.. so sorry you had that experience xx

@@olgazarochintseva5149 I went July 4th and even then it was pretty empty. I had a swim up suite close to the beach. The room was decorated nicely but you could tell there were parts that needed attention. The entire resort looks like the owners had great plans for that place but had abandoned it. So much potential there but it just wasn't executed. My room smelled of mold, woke up to early phone calls from a guy who wanted to speak with me about making sure I get the best of my stay which was nothing really but a setup for a timeshare sales pitch which angered me beyond belief. The website speaks of many amenities which weren't available, hardly anyone spoke/understood English, no entertainment plus more. I arrived there around 4pm and after check-in, my husband and I were hungry only to find out we had to wait to eat because all the restaurants were closed. They reopened later that day but we still couldn't eat because we had to make reservations even though the resort was 90% empty. The few people that were there were local visitors which is unsafe to me. The good RU-vid videos had me but once I arrived, it was the opposite.

Hi Michel! The sockets in the Dominican Republic are the same as in Canada and the US, they are 120V so we didn't need to get an adaptor. If you are coming in from Europe with 220V type socket, you will need an adaptor.

Hi Michel! I'm not sure about the brand of the coffee machine in the room, we didn't actually use it. The coffee in the coffee shop was great, they had all varieties there and we went for a cup of coffee every afternoon. Cheers

Hi Vicky! My room had a pool view, it was a standard suite, I didn't pay anything extra to get a different room, just booked the first room option that popped up on Expedia. To be honest, I didn't care that much about the pool, I spent the majority of the time by the ocean :)

Hi Ildikó! They took the test sample in the throat. I paid $90 USD for 1 test. I also checked the prices in other clinics in Punta Cana, this was about an average price. The great thing was that I did it in the hotel so there was no need to get an Uber and pay extra ☺

Hi! All of the ala carts restaurants are free of charge, however, they have a special menu for wine, meat and lobster that will be extra charge if interested, they will offer the menu at the entrance. But it is optional and you can enjoy the food they have on the menu with no extra costs.
