Great Presentation, thank you! To the speakers' last question and point, what can those of us who are inland do to contribute to ocean conservation? I would like to add: Eat more plants than animals, (100% plants if you can). Animal agriculture is the biggest contributor to greenhouse gases. In addition, the runoff of big ag chemicals used to grow food for livestock farming, as an example, into the Gulf of Mexico have reduced the O2 levels and polluted it so much that the small percentage of sea life that survive there and - fish caught there are filled with toxic chemicals. As a long-time retired Dive Instructor, I love the ocean (and especially Palau), and it breaks my heart to see what humanity is doing to it!
