Ocean Kayak Malibu 2xl Catamaran Kayak, Loch Ard in the Trossachs. This is a wee hobby project to ultimately design a modular system that will link two kayaks together to sail or put an outboard motor on whether electric or petrol. The aim is to have a laugh but in the process design a rig that will allow safer access to the water for those with physical disabilities, yet provide a fun water craft that can be readily transported on the roof of a car without the need of a trailer. This is timber built but looking for lighter and more robust materials for future developments.
