I normally listen to these types of videos to fall asleep since i have bad insomnia. This one i really enjoy falling asleep to specifically. Tonight i took the time to look through the comments and at the moment im in tears. The uplifting comments are so kind and sweet and made me smile. Its been really hard for me lately and to top it off i recently fell ill. So things havent been all that great. Im normally a very happy and smiley person, but some days i wouldnt smile at all. Barely speak. Barely eat. And keep to myself. And my mom was getting very worried. But reading these comments have helped me start to feel a bit better. And i thank all of you. Those that i can relate to and those that posted uplifting things. All of you. I hope i can be relatable and uplifting as well. No matter who you are, no matter what you're going through you are not alone. You are amazing and so many people love and care about you and you may not even know it. Take some time to take care of yourself. To love yourself for who you are. I hope everyday all of you can happily say to yourself "i love you, me." Because you deserve it. I wish you all an amazing morning, evening, night, whatever time it is for you that you see this, its 3 am for me right now as i write this. Make the most of your life the best you can. Nice to hear from you Jordyn. If you can, get a copy of the "No bullsh*t guide to depression". The language isa little salty, but if you can get past it, there are some excellent and practical tips on how to get through a depression. It's an easy, no nonsense read geared for people in the middle of it. Sending kind thoughts and wishing you well. It can, and does get better. You just need a toolkit for it.❤

I understand the 'drowning in thoughts' thing. I've had severe depression and anxiety several times since my teens. Having something like this really helps me sleep, even when I'm well, and sleep is so important for staying well. I really hope you come out the other side of your MH issues soon. Things do change. For me connecting with others who had experienced similar issues helped the most. Keep going and sweet dreams

I know the video came out forever ago, but it genuinely helps me so much. I get sensory-overload all of the time, but sitting and listen to the channel's music is so calming, and it helps me more than alot of people would think it does. I couldn't stand i covered my face i was crying uncontrollably in my Heavenly Father's presence as well as my Heavenly Mothers' and Jesus' presence. I felt such love, peace, acceptance, forgiveness, so many feelings all at once from them. I was on my knees bowed with my head in my lap. Jesus came and helped me up when Heavenly Father said "come forth my child".....

Having a baby is really overwhelming especially when they don't stop crying and you have tried everything in the book. I put this on and the baby went from volume 100 to volume 0 . Also helped me relax and calm down.

I found this calming music after bringing my baby home from the NICU i played it for him every night for the first couple of weeks of him being home. It really helped us all calm down, now every time I get stressed and I can't sleep I play this. And it's connected to a beautiful core memory of my son coming home. It still calms him down to this day ❤️😌

@@superplan89 releasing your mental health issues to your boss would be the best thing u could do my friend! I have had to tell my boss myself because of the anti depressants I'm on & they have really helped me not feel under pressure & took a better view of me as a person now knowing what I'm going through! I suffer from depression, anxiety & ocd & just wished I had told my boss earlier than when I did. In fact when I told my boss he opened up to me about his wife who suffers from depression all her life, so incidentally we actually found out we had something in common lol! Keep strong your not alone!
