I am sorry you are facing this. The music is calming...but when you are facing a big mountain or death, there is only one True Peace. Jesus Christ. I have been listening to this every night to fall asleep since this came out ( 5 years ), it’s crazy that this video has helped me every single night. First found this in 2020 when I was in the hospital for three months ( not Covid) it is very helpful. Nothing like the tranquility and serenity of the ocean especially at night or early in the morning. Even the nurses commented how relaxing it was as they did their rounds and my vital signs round the clock. Thank goodness for this music and healthcare workers!

About 5 years ago, my entire family went to a beach house, and one night I couldn't sleep, so I found this and turned it on. Fell asleep within minutes. I found this again just today and it brought tears in my eyes about the beach house and it made me remember walking on the sand with my whole family and swimming in the sea.
