With the enchanting factory, look into the XP drain, with those compressed XP orbs, you can use one, stand on the sink for a little while, and then it'll generate a huge quantity of liquid essence that can be used for the automated enchanting.
@@zanetano I'd probably say go with a similar acceleration system as he used for the reactor so that he can AFK there and drain a couple thousand levels of XP.
If you've never done it before put the dragon head on a block of redstone (or any block that's being powered by redstone) and you'll see something you can do with them in vanilla
I'm waiting to see what will happen when all that spent fissile fuel from the Mekanism reactor setup backstuffs and starts irradiating Dire's base from where it's situated! :D
Minecraft: "Here's a quick way to teleport yourself to the special end islands after you defeat the dragon, just toss in an ender pearl!" Dire: "No thanks, I'll just fly for 30 minutes in a random direction instead"
It doesn't work in this modpack. You'll teleport to a random platform that it generates with nothing around, nowhere near far enough out to find the new biomes or the default stuff.
@@xaytana Exactly this. I tried several portals. All of them generated platforms with nothing around. The BetterEnd mod in this pack seems to force the terrain spawning to be a LOT farther from the center island.
Yeah it still works, it's just it spawns you on a little island pad, in effect gating it behind flight, from there it's just a quick hop over on to better end forge islands.
Honestly combining them is pretty silly. Draconic for the utility, mek for the defence (and water breathing). Then just throw a jetpack on top of it for hypersonic flight, and you got a great combination! :D
@@tears_of_asariel3198 If I remember correctly, Dire usually wants creative flight, so not being able to use elytra mode is not that big of a deal. Of course, you can just install creative flight mek module into suit, but that requires anti-matter. Another point to combining those two mods is that extra shield is always welcomed
@@arctic_line As I mentioned, jet pack doesn’t give a creative flight. Of course, if Dire will spend some time on making antimatter, he can make a mekasuit module. Until that my idea seems not so silly. Extra shield is just a bonus
I think it would be awesome of draconic added an infinity enchant to the dislocator. So you no longer needed to add pearls. Or maybe a feature to toggle to use power instead of pearls
@dire botania with the generating flower that eats xp is op, you can use a faucet on a tank which is always on spewing the xp orbs on the flower. Some sort of exporter that can turn off with redstone to put the xp in the tank. Then you can just use a comparator on the pool to turn off the exporter when close to full.
What i usually do for Mana is the flower that eats colored wool in order (i hope it still exits?). With a little bit of effort you can completely foolproof automate it with integrated dynamic, since the Flower has a NBT value that actually says which wool is wanted next. it's also quite efficient, i ran it with 4 sheep of each color autosheered and that's pretty much enough mana for everything. Also just a really neat automation challenge.
If you dig 2 below the egg and put a torch down, then break the block 1 below the egg, it will fall on the egg and turn into a pickup. No need for pistons... or anything, because 4 torches spawn per dragon.
I would recommend actively spending some time collecting trinket treasure bags. There are a couple you want… One in particular negates the need for a diving suit. Another gives you permanent flight.
yeah that is awesome! i have never seen a mod combine elytra with creative, which is nice because elytra is actually alot faster than creative flight, but i wonder if draconic still has the speed settings for creative flight ( havent finished the video yet just wanted to say this before i forgot xD )
Dire.... the jetpack has its own dedicated curio slot........ and the draconic chest piece can go into the body armor curio slot, so you can also stack a super enchanted netherite chest piece with all the draconic armor bonus effects ontop of it
@@MigARFX But if he puts the JetPack and the Draconic Chestplate both into the curio slots, he could still wore his Diving Gear, if he wants to. Because of the Draco Chestplate he normally doesnt need any more Armor

For your next series you should check out create above and beyond mod pack. It’s create on hard mode and you end making some pretty intense production lines just following the quests. I believe the end goal is to get to the moon but I’m only on chapter 4 of the quest line at the moment. Also has thermal, occultism, ae and some other mods. A lot of the recipes are modified to make the mods more complex and integrate together
i think the damage you took was from activating your elytra and running into the "wall" ( i am just guessing, i wouldnt think that normally you would get hurt from that, its just the only thing that makes even a little sense from me )
Yes. Elytra has a "collision damage" you take when hitting things at high enough speeds. It's similar to fall damage but not the same and the game calculates it differently, so you are not immune to it if you have immunity to fall damage. which anytime you obtain creative flight in anyway, fall damage immunity is attached to the same code.
Is it actually energy efficient to run the draconic power pot for uranium? I tried running the numbers and it seemed to make a loss as far as I could tell
Why upgrade your power pot to a tier 3 that only makes 48 and uses twice the power. You could instead make 8 hydroponics that will make twice as many resources and uses 1/20 the power. Dumb move Dire
hey I just wanted to let you know that your modpack has some problems. (this isn't hate by the way) ae2 is way under powered compared to refined storage, for a lot of reasons. also you have computer craft and mechanism but you don't have the computer craft peripherals add on/mod. And finally endgame is bit out of wack, because mechanism has the best pipes(xnet if you need it hidden) and mechanism is the only mod that can store a high amount of RF, quantum storage is way to cheap, mechanism's QIO system which is extremely late game is garbage compared to RS or AE2, and mechanism's late game armor is pretty bad because you can't have air affinity on the helmet. and don't even get me started on industrial foregoing infinity tools.
