I was just mentioning Cammie to Rick Beato on his channel. I love everything about her, which I guess makes me a creepy 52yo man... Her voice is just SO beautiful, as is everything else about her. Rick just did a video on Tori Amos who I also love. I listen a lot to Cammie, Mary Fahl, Tori Amos, and a few others... Their vocals are so powerful, controlled, angelic... I find them so calming and emotionally stirring

mad respect for any black artist who ventures into territory which may not reflect on the stereotypically xpected parameters for them. metal is all inclusive, but i would love to learn how much push back this amazing woman has had to face for daring to go where too few have ventured to go. how much more bad-ass would texas metal be without air conditioners ? hhhmmmm...

Great interview, she's cool. But, hot weather? Cold weather, like Finland, Norway, Sweden, even the northern latitudes of the US, and Canada, have produced a shitload of heavy, intense, brutal, and extremely creative music, too. I think great metal can come from anywhere.

The played 2019 in vienna/austria with. Swallow the sun. I never heard of them before but i became a fan instantly! The are amazing.

I'd like to know why there's no more English subtitles here? Instead of it there's Korean. For me would be better Portuguese, because I'm Brazilian, but my listening understanding approves when I read the subtitles with.

Of course talking about OoS had to be the main focus. But considering she is one of the 2 main characters in Ayreon's Transitus that was recently released, at least one question about her insight on that project and her participation would have been fantastic. Nevertheless a very nice interview!

For the genre thing, I describe them as progressive Gothic doom. It's a strange combo but I think it fits OK.
