During our annual team trip, this time in Thailand, we experienced a dynamic that can only be described as epic.
Simón Duque developed an internal project based on #Narrative (Game Technique No. 10) where each consultant received cards (as seen in the photos) detailing their roles within the company and a skill identification system for self-assessment 💙.
This is, in large part, what we call "Core Drive 1: Epic Meaning & Calling" in our Octalysis Framework. It's a powerful motivator for teams, showing them that their contribution transcends the financial outcomes of the company.
