I enjoyed watching your video! I have a question for you..! My family is living abroad now but we are thinking of moving back to MN either summer 2024 or 25.. Which do you think is a better idea? We sold our first house back in 2021 so we have some funds toward downpayment..

I suppose it would depend on what you're doing between now and then. Personally, no chance I'd rent another year in most cases. Rates have come down a bunch, prices aren't up too much for the year. It's a good time. Whenever you do, you'll see likely be refinancing in a couple years to a lower rate anyhow, so I wouldn't wait. Watch the new market update I just put our for December which explains more behind that and what I expect from prices for next year. 2025 would present the results of the market I predict will happen in 2024.
