Recently I played this masterpiece called Octopath Traveler 2, I loved it so much I wanted to dedicate a full video to it in hopes that you'll watch it and convince you to give this game a shot, you will not regret it
In this video I'll rank all 8 stories in the games, from the least good to the absolute best of them all

In terms of VAs I wanna give a shoutout to Alejandro Saab as Osvald, he had some of the best deliveries and god his final chapter, HE GOES ALL IN AT HIS FINALE

I absolutely adore this game, I'm almost finished with it too and I've been loving every second it with Castti and Osvald being my favorite characters.

@@TheGameShelf I got it at launch and I dot regret it, definitely one of the best rpgs I've played in a while, also aside from Castti and Osvald I adored Temenos character, I love his curious, doubtful and almost cinical nature, really blew my expectations away.

After never finishing the first game, watching you play through the sequel and getting so emotionally invested really made me want to give the series a second chance!

I'm the same boat. I bought the first one a month ago cheap at Facebook marketplace. If my girlfriend wouldn't bought me FE 3 Houses I think that it would became my favorite game. My pick for main characters was the huntress

This is my favorite game from last year and I felt like it flew under the radar for so many people and I had a feeling youd like it so im glad I got it for you! I genuinely love sharing games with people and letting them experience new things, I also knew in Canada you didnt always have the money for new games so I wanted to get you something because of that too. And seeing you enjoy it through all the streams you did was so fun too and worth every penny. And now I hope more people can see this video and want to give it a try and enjoy it as well. I also feel like alot of people last year complained about FF16 and wanted a new old style Final Fantasy and if youre one of those people itll absolutely deliver. Its a truly great sequel that simply just takes what made the original good and cranks it up to 11 and I hope it did well enough for a Octopath 3. Great video and its fun to see your rankings!

Very close to beating Octopath 1 and yeah this video has def made me wanna choose Hikari as my protag when I play 2 just cause I feel his story framing will make the most sense as the protag

This game looks great, I regret not playing enough the first one. Looking forward for another discount at the eShop, the characters look even more charming that the ones in the first game, and the first one was great on it's own. I shall speedrun the first one after my first run of Fire Emblem

I remember trying the Octopath Traveler 1 demo for like an hour and not being impressed at all besides the cool visuals and music, no idea what character I chose back then. And right before release, I tried out OT2 demo, picked Agnea, played for about 2 hours, and the writing did not impress me at all, but after seeing your video, it seems I might have simply picked the worst choice for the first character with first impression in mind.

Definitely gonna try this one, but my mind always tells me "play the previous ones" even if there's nothing to do with the history, like I'm playing the God of War (2018) but want to play the others when I ALREADY KNOW that there are a different story, so idk when but I'll play this one, still need to play faith lmao

shes alot of fun both as a character but also as a fighter because she can capture almost every monster in the game and they all do diff stuff. really fun to mess around with.
