The Rocky Port Incident could be a movie on it's own. In fact I would LOVE to see a movie that doesn't involve the Straw Hats at all. The Wano flashback is a good example that it could work.

A lot of these questions are still left pretty vague. He says the Rocky Port incident might not make it in the story, but left out all the important bits of the question lol. Maybe we’ll get short glimpses of the rocky port incident versus a full flashback that reveals the little important stuff like the poneglyph, Wang Zhi, and and the main event of what happened. It’s interesting that it’s a smuggling ship when we saw Laffitte tracking Umit, who is a smuggler himself. I wonder if the two are connected, maybe Umit is working for Blackbeard.

Yup it seems like Blackbeard has ties to the Underworld Kings intel or resources especially Umit, i can see Koby being on a sword mission to take down Wang Zhi/Ochoku at the same time, im just curious to what made law go from chasing a poneglpyh to plotting to get revenge on doflamingo by taking down wang zhis henchmen to become a warlord

I think wang zhi is the man marked by flames and has the last road ponyglyph because it makes sense why it was focused on law when he was walking back to his ship on Wano and Robin gave him that look of suspicion.

I feel Ace's spirit guided Sabo in being able to use the fruit's powers. Just Oda didn't want to revile that as it's going to be a big plot device for Luffy learning to control the Nika form. Joy Boy's ghost is going to be a big part of the last arcs of One Piece.

Sabo isn't remembering things Ace did as a kid, he quite possibly could have seen Ace in action while acting as a spy. Sabo usually isn't trying to make his presence common knowledge before becoming "Flame Emperor" as he was more of an infiltrator. Ace didn't have his fruit as a kid so Sabo couldn't be remembering how Ace used it back then. Sabo saw him but it didn't trigger his memory as the Ace he knew in his mind didn't have the hat or Back Tat and he used a pipe mainly as a weapon, the version Sabo witnessed later was nearly unrecognizable, it wasn't until he saw in the paper that Ace had died in his Brother Luffy's arms that his memory connected all the dots and flooded back to him. It would make sense considering just how much of a gap in their lives we don't fully see from Sabo's perspective. The Ace Novels cover a lot of his journey but Sabo absolutely could have been in the background unbeknownst to Ace or us the readers at that time.

Blackbeard is definitely going after the Ancient Weapons towards the Elbaph storyline and that will kick off the SHs vs BB pirates because they will have to spin back for their territories and this will be the first major battle that kicks off the final war. Imu is definitely the endgame villian since the story and world revolves around him and Joyboy so BB cannot be the final villain but rather an uncontrollable force that is trying to 3rd party just like Xebec, leading up to a God Valley 2.0 situation.

In question 4 he said that "Xebec" is the name of a sailing ship. What if Rocks D. Xebec's name isn't Rocks D. Xebec but something else, like he lead the Rocks pirates on the ship called Xebec and he coopted the D. clan initial? He could be going by his actual name now and a character we all know from before Skypeia.

honestly, Oda saying Shanks is talented is likely how he got on Mihawks radar. some random kid with no formal training, no master to teach, and only practices from what he sees strong pirates do. Mihawk on the other hand being so finely tuned in swordsmanship clearly had training, his attire shows he possibly comes from some type of nobility and the fact he went back and forth with shanks for so long was purely out of an inability to to overcome and be satisfied with a victory over him. It's likely that Shanks doesnt know how to use his haki as finely tuned as Mihawk, Shanks is more of the wild beast type. Similar to Luffy and Zoro (which makes Zoro's fight with Mihawk even more intense)

@@pitoseavy4523 Given everything,, maybe he just found out about Caesar and SMILE, and Dorfy's dealings with Kaido, and saw an opportunity to finally take him down. Thus going for the Warlord position and everything thst happened afterward. He might have had other plans at some point, with his revenge on Doffy being a more distant plan, but then he stumbled across a way of making it a reality and committed to it (after all, I very much got the impression he didn't believe he was coming out of that situation alive, which is why he completely separated from his crew for a year+ by sending them to Zou.).

Imagine if Dragon was on ship escaping from someone (maybe elders) with his wife who was giving birth to luffy at that time and marines are also chasing dragon, on that time just after dragons wife give birth to luffy someone attack there ship (Maybe one of elders) to capture dragon and in process luffy's mom get killed and dragon had to escape with luffy, and weeks later dragon showed up to his father Garp and handover luffy to him and leave. Thats why luffy didnt remember anything about his father and mother and Dragon also spend a very little time with luffy. Is that theory make any sense??
