Such a good duel. There was a ton of back and forth that I genuinely didn't know who was going to win in this mirror match. This also supports what I said before about how Odd-Eyes decks has so many routes and that not all Odd-Eyes players play the same. Your opponent using Odd-Eyes Dragon and Odd-Eyes Saber shows this.
OCG had a couple of pendulum support but they are OCG exclusive... What bother me most is why cant Konami just release new support like they did the real packs each month instead of focusing on meta only. I mean just like the last 3 selection pack they released ... they haave had somehting to do with meta one way or another and I hate them for that.
Thats the type of duels I want to play. Not watch your opponent to play by himself for 3-5 minutes just to lock you up. Or watch him play more in your turn than you yourself.
now this is a fun duel, i feel like pends may not be the best decks ot there but they have their own share of fun,at least more than playing eldlich and spamming 50 traps
Welp, you made a huge misplay near the end. If you had wait until I after summoned Odd-Eyes Venom and use Dark Anthelion effect then I wouldn't be able to defeat you that turn. Be patience my friend, I'm sure you will overcome me one day. Also coz I had a good hand that match 😂 I mean Raging Dragon turn 1 required protagonist level of luck to pull off.
I aim on wanting to use the supreme king dragons because it feels at home from D/D/D. But I had a small conflict when I saw this and feels it was more flexible. Which of the two was better in your opinion?
Hmm depends on which you like. Do you prefer complex comboing over summoning cool dragon? Then D/D/D is for you. They're both swarm focused deck, so the end board should be pretty similar with minimal negation but filled with high atk monsters. Me personally like Odd Eyes better but honestly there was a time where I preferred DDD.
@@YGODueltainer I love D/D/D much and wish they had more support. But its getting tiring when your friend always fought D/D/D much and became familiar where to negate. So Odd-eyes or Supreme dragons came in mind as they dont rely much on continous card effects like Contract of the gate for proper setup. I plan to use one of those two for diamond because DPE became an issue for D/D/D big time.
This was such a great duel. Although I don't know how to get Odd Eyes Raging Dragon's effect for board wipe. I need an XYZ dragon for it but even when I use all the overlay units of one, I still can't get it to choose the XYZ dragon and only two Pendelum or 1 Pendelum and a fusion dragon. Any advice?
You need to use Xiangke Magician pendulum effect in order to bring out Raging Dragon with it's full effect. That is one of the reason why no one use Raging Dragon because of it's strict requirement.
@@RasAlXander you could summon Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon Then use dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon as material to summon Odd Eyes Rebellion Dragon Overlord a rank 7 Xyz monster Then use Xiangke Magician to make Rebellion Dragon Overlord become level 7 Then u xyz summon Odd Eyes Raging Dragon using overlord and another level 7 dragon monster to get the full effect It's not so hard to pull off but you'll need a good starting hand And Odd Eyes Raging Dragon only good when you go second
Honestly odd eyes has grown on me quickly from when I first started yugioh last year and its one of the few decks in my opinion that makes going against *most* meta decks entertaining (besides floowandereeze) and the mirror matches are always amazing
You must be talking about Odd-Eyes Phantasma Dragon. That card is a manga exclusive so anime fan of Arc V might not know about it same goes for Revolution Dragon, Persona Dragon and Mirage Dragon.
@@barcan8371 what is OP? Listen man if you want to know a card name then please just describe what it's look like because I can't tell you from such a vague description.
@@YGODueltainer OP means original poster, i.e. the comment's author.. The description isn't vague at all, we are talking about the two SR cards directly to the right of the Odd Eyes Arc Pendulum Dragon.. They're cards number 4 & 5 in your deck by order.
@@barcan8371 Oh! You mean the one next to Arc Pendulum. In that case its Droll and Lockbird, I'm just a bit surprised you didn't know about it is all. Every Yugioh play this game for a while have atleast seen it since it was like the substitute for Ash.
