Honestly, make it freaky. Odd Eyes Link-Pendulum, give it Scales AND Link Arrows. In fact, make it able to Co-Link in the Pendulum Scales Would be crazy if they did, but sadly, Konami won’t even print Armatos Legio

@@shonenderp164 Bad news, there are none. I genuinely thought the series had ended after the last volume as the last chapter mentioned on 'Yugipedia' was back in January, but the series has appeared to of continued since then with this new volume announced.

@@soulgunner6455by Fusion Zarc, they mean a Zarc with Starving Venom in its art that’s easy to summon. While of Zarc is a fusion, a hypothetical “Fusion Universe” Zarc would have different effects.
@@soulgunner6455 depends, Synchro Zarc’s main purpose is to sometimes summon Clear Wing, but ultimately by used as tribute fodder to easily Summon Arcray. But since Synchro Zarc already fills the place of Arcray fodder, they might not need to make any future alt Zarc cards as bad.
Seeing how this is meant to summon Synchro Universe. Most likely we will get a Odd Eyes Xyz and a Fusion to help summon out Xyz Universe and Fusion Universe when they get printed. And probably a new Odd Eyes main-deck card to go with Pendulum Universe. Welp, we got yet another set of dragons/dragon forms needing to be completed.
@@lorenbrown7100 No it isn't. The Universe forms is pretty much SKDZ viewed in a different angle with a respective SKSD. Like with Synchro Universe, its one angle with Zarc accompanied by Servant Clear Wing.
i actually found an easy way since synchro zarc has been out let me explain to you: -summon odd eyes synchron and search d/d/d destiny king zero laplace and place destiny king in ur pendulum zone then after using odd eyes synchron to special summon it since it's a lvl 10 and odd eyes synchron is lvl 2 u can easily synchro summon zarc
Man though, I saw the news about this card earlier today, and I instantly knew it was an Odd-eyes before I even saw the name. It’s real interesting to be a synchro tuner, but being level 8 with no level modification effect can hamper it a bit.

No. The reason is because of the summon restrictions Needing a clear wing monster to synchro summon. Also the card needs a dark tuner and since you are using clear wing you typically want a level 1 dark tuner. The best way to summon odd-eyes wing dragon currently is to cheat from the extra deck using odd-eyes absolute dragon
@@magicalscientist192 I mean there is hope to better summon them since in the anime there is a card yuya called synchro gate that synchro summon it easier and none of the other gate cards exist yet. So maybe one day summoning them won’t cost a arm and a leg.
Im still waiting on DDD to eventually become tier 0. My favorite anime deck! (Blackwings are close 2nd, but i mainly just liked them during 5Ds era / early XYZ era)

You'd play Tilting Entrainment instead. Stuck to just summoning level 4 and lower pends with its effect, but at least you aren't locked into pendulum cards, at least after that pendulum is summoned EDIT: Hit send too soon.
It still crazy how they botch arc-v anime wise and mangawise. Anime cause they took too long in the synchro universe so all the later were rushed. The manga just got very weird with yuya main interest
The manga was completely balls to the walls and insane, which made it a lot more fun than the anime. Having the final fight just end with Reiji vs Yuya just sprinting full speed for 1 card was hilarious.
Can you summon a Face-Up Z-ARC from the Extra Deck with that effect? I don't know if it's a rulling issue. Or Pendulum summon it, having an Scale 13 is not 'easy' to have without drawbacks or by many steps.
