I honestly think jr is smarter than big ray

Noticed Ray lacks the ability to problem solve for himself, he relies on Ryan to fix things he could do himself if he'd just take a few minutes to think it through. You can always tell when he lacks the ability to communicate what it is when talking with Ryan, he mumbles in a low voice and is often very vague about what's actually wrong, then when he get's shown how easy it was to solve Ray get's all high pitched and acts surprised. I think Ryan is starting to notice this too. Ray's a good guy but if he wants to advance in this field he's gonna have to step it up. I don't think Ryan want's to be a babysitter for him all the time. Anyhow, this was a great video and Ryan's one of the best bosses, really hope he get's everything worked out for his new land/buildings.

I think I speak for mostly everyone when I say - we want LONG videos! I know it's time consuming Ryan totally understand, but just know, if you posted 90 minute long videos every time, we are watching every second! I work as an HVAC contractor in Australia, idk what it is specifically about your channel and videos but my routine has become - work, paperwork, VICTORY! You have really helped me relax and release my thoughts with these videos, makes me feel like I'm not under a constant overwhelming stress, haha.

Still remember how to dust up the old school stamps and the powder release, I see. I wonder which you look forward to more out of this way or liquid release with the magnetic stamps. I would ask which is easier but I know its all Super Easy Money!
