Unfortunately no, they haven’t rolled that out to the quantum class ships yet.

Just me trying to have a little fun. We understand there are valid reasons to go to customer service. We’ve had to once or twice even though we prefer to call from our stateroom or see if our attendant can solve our problem first. But there are also those among us that just like and enjoy complaining, like the lady last night who was loudly complaining how absurd it was that they sat her next to the kitchen in the main dining room. Some of that stuff just makes us want people to chill out and remind them they’re on vacation and it really isnt that bad.

@@letsgetwanderlost Agreed. And I'll add one little tip (I've been on 37 cruises): If you can help it, NEVER go to the purser's desk on the first day!

From memory, yes. Standard rate as well. There are bartenders/servers that work the bionic bar and clean up the inevitable mess the robots create when they spill parts of every drink. They also refill the alcohol and help customers make drink selections.

We sailed in early June out of Rome to the Greek isles. We did not experience much if any rough seas during this time. I’m normally prone to seasickness as I get motion sickness pretty easily and didn’t have any problems on this sailing. What sailing were you going on?

@@letsgetwanderlost We are planning the same Greek Island cruise but in September. May change it to June but concern about very hot weather. Was the weather above 35c and was there a lot of people in Santorini in early June? Thanks for your input.

@steveong4738 it was pretty hot in Oia on Santiorini especially since there isn’t much shade there. Once we left the Oia area though it didn’t feel as hot, especially as it got later in the day. The weather in early June wasn’t as bad as what they had in the middle summer months, but it was still hot in certain places. I definitely felt the heat in Kuşadası, Turkey as well, especially in Ephesus. We went on a Mediterranean cruise in October and the weather was generally overcast, rainy, and the seas were much worse. We didn’t regret going to the Greek isles in June at all. The weather in Rome before and after the cruise was pretty good in June. But we are from warmer climates here in the states so we might be used to the hotter weather. Oh, and there was a ton of people in Oia, but in Fira, and the other cities we went to on Santorini weren’t that crowded, to be honest most of the places we went to during that cruise were pretty manageable in terms of crowds and people. Late May and early June is the beginning of the season, and in our opinion going to these places at the beginning and end of the seasons is usually the best to avoid large crowds.

We like to film during the less busy times of the day. Like early in the morning, late at night, or port days. It’s much easier to film when there’s less people and we feel less intrusive during these times as well.
