*NOTE, YOU DO NOT NEED TO DRILL THROUGH BOTH LAYERS OF THE ROOF, THE FACTORY WAY TO INSTALL THEM IS TO DRILL THROUGH THE OUTER LAYER THEN FISH THE WIRING OVER TO THE A PILLAR AND DOWN TO THE DASH PLUG*
Today I show you how to install some chrome cab clearance lights on my 1st gen that I picked up from 1st gen industries. Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality of both the parts and the kit. The kit and installation template made the installation quite straight forward. Please see the link below to purchase some cab lights for yourself! Ol' Blue is coming along.. up next I'm leaning towards installing some universal mud flaps.

How would you plug the lights into the harness then?

@@bladedtundra3786 the wire is supposed to be run inside the driver's side pillar and then pop out at the foot well where the factory harness provision is for the clearance light connection.

It also states country of production on your door tag...I got a 93 d350 club cab dually and it says something about mexico on it.

Not gonna lie, I cringed when I saw you drill through both layers of the roof lol. I just installed mine, I had to fish the harness through the roof starting on the passenger side with a couple of coat hangers. PITA but worth it for a factory installed look.

Unfortunately those aren't being produced right now aside from the grilles without the lettering and then maybe getting some vinyl decals for the lettering.
