Failed to mention how much of a pain the right side foot peg is with the brake in the way...

Great Video thank you. My newbie question is: When you lowered your foot pegs to the bottom position would you need to adjust your shift or rear brake lever lower as well or not necessary?

Keep the videos coming on the 19 kx450 please. Also what's the fix for aftermarket exhaust breaking the subframe.

Lol I only say that cuz my dad works where they are at , Kawasaki Motor Corp in Irvine ca and he was complaining to me how all the dealers and customers are pissed at kawi about breaking the subframe on aftermarket pipes but it’s the aftermarket pipes design causing it not Kawasaki because the stock pipe works great. Idc I have a 250f lmao

I got new bar clamps cause I crashed and bent them and when I installed them my bars don’t sit straight it’s like the right is closer to my body than the left hand .. is it a matter of loosening and placing it then tightening

Just curious if you moved the bars from the stock position if that makes a noticeable difference in the way it rides since the weight of your body has shifted slightly?

The whole adjustment is 35mm=1.37 inches and mine came in the second position. Jeremy McGrath says it makes a difference. So I would imagine it depends on your level of riding. I moved one foot peg down with the other one up and I couldn’t feel a difference between the two.

I've got the 2019 KX 250. When I've dropped the bike the bars look and feel out of line. I changed the runner grommets for metal ones. Still had a crash Sundays and it's moved again. Is it best to loosen the head clamps and bar clamps like you have and retightnen when they're back in line. I've got Twin wall renthals so they shouldn't of bent

Took a spill today, handle bars came out a little misaligned. Is it possible that I could correct that by adjusting the bars as the video illustrates or is it more likely that I actually bent the bars themselves?

What's the preferred setting for a 5'9" guy with a avg reach? I feel like lower pegs at the local level would always be better. The pressure you can weight the forks is far less by moving back. For me racing 2t bikes that isn't a issue but my old kx450's needed way more fork height than what that thing had.

Set the pegs in the lowest position and the bars at position #2 (if 1 is closest and 4 is furthest forward). Run the bars bend parallel to the fork angle or slightly behind.
