Jayme Roth The odds that this music, that came out this year, saved 2 people's lives who I'm guessing are minor are very very low. People say the stupidest thigns to grab attention but this might not even be one of them. I just believe these people don't really know what they're going through and go on the 'bands save lives' wagon. That take the impact out of depression, which ends up hurting even more the people that go through it.

IK I'm late reading this... but my condolences. Just know that it is not your fault what happened. IK there's survivor's guilt... I hope you're pulling through Better,now-a-days. And I absolutely agree. Music does save lives,and give hope. I'm 17 (almost 18) dealing with Anxiety and it's so difficult some days. This song helps so much. When I was 13 - 15 I was Severely depressed & had Suicidal thoughts & was self-harming. I was 16 when I first found this song,and I remember crying to it,from the relief of comfort & Closure I found & Still find in it. I can't fathom how difficult it must be for you some days... But I'm saying,we all struggle.. big,small & in between. We all find one another & help each other. So I'm sending you all the positive vibes & love. Take it easy friend.

While time passes and you get older. Things will get more clear why they happen the way they do. Although we might not understand why. It's what i believe with my heart. I mysef haven't experienced such greef and agony. So i can't relate in the same way. It must be hard. But i believe you'll become stronger and maybe help others that are in the same circumstances. Love you! and im sorry for you and the people related their losses.

too many let their depression take hold. ive been lucky enough to save some friends from the same fate but some peoples minds are made long before they make a choice. ive batteled with it in life too but one day i just kinda realized. why worry about the things you can do nothing about. concentrate and worry on the things you can change and life will become so much easier. before you know it problems dont even phase you anymore because nothing is looming overhead. its just rolling with the punches at that point. new problems you face are easy compared to being a prisoner of your own mind.

I have mental breakdowns from keeping things in and my panic attacks are usually because I'm afraid of dying and I haven't had panic/anxiety disorder my whole life. It started after I lost my best friend to suicide. And I always have flashbacks to my past and that's where the mental breakdowns and panic/anxiety attacks come from. My friends have been helping me so much for the past two years and I couldn't be any more thankful for that. Thank you for your concern. It means a lot.

Trenton Bigfoot ***** and they are part of what keeps me alive too. I have a lot of things that keep me alive and their music is what helps me get my mind back together and in order and Restoring Force has helped me do just that and it tells me that I'm not the only one who's gone through shit and that I'm okay and it's getting better. So what I mean by when I say they are what keeps me alive, I mean they are my reminders that I'm okay and things are going to get better and I'm not the only one in this. Those 3 things are what's keeping me alive. The reassurance of those things is what keeps me going.

I don't know if you believe in God but from my experience in life from once being on a path of reckless self destruction from finally hitting the bottom, God has a plan for us all and all we need to do is believe in Him. For God hears the words you don't. He sees how they act when you aren't there. So, he made moves you couldn't so that you blossom into the best you can be. It might seem callous of me to say all that. I have faith in you to grow and realize that though it hurts, you'll grow not only stronger but more importantly wiser. But as the saying goes if you love it/them let them go and if they love you they won't go but stay by your side through thick and thin. So from someone who genuinely knows your struggle, stay strong and focused in this beautiful journey called life. You'll do great things and can even change someone's life or mind just by being in their lives. I hope everything goes well for you and I hope that this helped.

That Patriotic Patriot I didn’t lose someone I more lost a part of myself I was a skilled athlete and the gym was my life, I had and still have dreams and aspirations surrounding my sport but one injury stops it all immediately. It kinda sucks going from the best physical version of yourself to a version that can barely move an arm still after 2 years.

That Patriotic Patriot I’m an atheist but if religion helps you find peace and clarity as well as a sense that you know your on the right path then I support it. I get that trauma makes you stronger I was already quite strong willed but after going through this shit I know I’m gonna be a monster in the best of ways when I get back to what I love.

I have Clinical Depression, Asperger's and some other bs.. I honestly struggle to see why music can aid in a person's life.. But, y'know.. Whatever.
