I’ve been listening to Metalcore, Deathcore, Death Metal, for a long time and i’ve been able to understand most of the lyrics in these bands. I think if you focus too much on getting the vocals too clear when your screaming, it ruins the aggressiveness to the scream, gutteral, etc.
