That inspector and that entire inspection episode was hard to watch. I was literally swearing at my tv. It simply does not make sense to have to travel to import a type of fine aggregate when you’re standing on bank run. You handled it better than me. Wow.

I hate inspectors as well. But can't get around them it seems. You guys still got a ton of work done. I rented one of those excavators once to redo a water line cause I was too cheap to pay a contractor. Thought; how hard can it be to run an excavator? After the first hour, it became a lot easier and quicker but working alone it was a very long day but I got the job done in one long day cause I didn't want to pay the extra days for the rental. LOL! But I was sure sore the next day.

Poor Joe the ice cream business will have to stay open until the american thanksgiving to pay for this lol

You think that's bad my notheast state dosnt allow drywells of any kind (nor outhouses) so for me to put a sink in I need a engineer to draw up a septic plan. In order for that to happen I need a perc test prior. The drawing for a system that's to expensive to put in is going to be $800.

Use some contractors from Presque Isle for the sand

You should have just put a 275 old oil tank in and a pipe out of it 25 feet with stone underneath the pipe and then covered it That is stupid for a system like that out there
