I will fly over the land I am interested in purchasing and hover for a 360° view or panorama of the area. Always get permission to access or to photograph with drone from seller/owner.
Combined with the phone pictures I took on my walk-about of this property, I will review all the footage and still shots later to help me know that feeling (gut) I had while I was there.
I can see the condition and health of the pine trees that I couldn't get from the ground level.
I did purchase this 1 acre lot located in South West Oregon.
