Tough ole ky root is back. Just refilled generator up. It went out at 1255am and ran until just a few minutes ago running the Wi-Fi phone and fridge. It wasn’t maxed out just outta gas. I must say I’m happy with it for running 10 hours right off the bat Been running the 5 brick propane since 1 this morning then kicked up to 2 when we woke up but staying toasty Showing 28 here and still got an advisory until tomorrow Btw im digging the hairdo I need to get my braid back in

Glad you're doing good! We're having to ration our gas and propane pretty heavily.. but better than nothing! We only use our generator for the Internet and charging phones etc. So we're able to stick with a half gallon a day in a pinch. (Small generator) but I need to get a new one soon. And then a small buddy heater for heat. We have to run it all night for the kids on low, but can get away with it mostly off during the day. Can't wait till next week! When were back in the 50s! Hang in there!

@@SteepintheWoods yeah I get what you are saying there. The small buddy heater kept us warm in bed til about 7 when it ran out. It was 72 in here when power came back on at 130 but we survived. Luckily looks like the snow is lightening up now we had some huge flakes earlier. But next few nights are to be really cold low teens and single digits. I just hope the ice holds off. Took a piece of Osb and 4 1x6 decking boards and make a sloped cover for the ac/heat unit to keep the snow out hopefully We brought the dogs in last week to keep them from freezing. The heat lamp helps but nothing without power. Y’all stay warm and hang in there as well. We should be getting our gas fireplace hooked up hopefully this week

Brrrrr! We didnt get but about 3 inches here...but its still cool. wood burner in full heat mode. Hang in there spring is right around the corner. Hopefully. Thanks for the tour

Glad to hear you are doing well as well. I ended up with about the same as Josh and lost power from just after midnight til 1pm this afternoon. We done a fryer chicken in the slow cooker all day the last hour maybe was after power was back on and then done some green beans and rice and we are stuffed. The generator and propane firebrick heater and Mr buddy kept us warm overnight
