Good day everyone!
In todays video we will finally start working on the outher walls. I hope to atleast make a frame around the cabin before snow arives. The beams are 5x10cm thick pine boards in between will go rock wool insulation. And on top another 5cm of wool and frame horizontaly.

What will you use as outer cover for the cabin? Can the stubs which you have cut with the chainsaw be utilised somehow?

I'm planning on buying wide boards maybe 25cm wide, and making a log imitation out of it... I hope it will turn out like normal log house 😁 and those offcuts I dont know maybe I will use them in raised garden beds later on in spring

@@homesteadingdays A majestic width in itself. Perhaps that would be sufficient without further effort and time. (One of the stubs could be sliced and sanded to serve as trivet.)
