This was one of the best things I’ve ever watched live. The continual chaos, and the fact that it kept getting progressively - and, ultimately, predictably - worse was just incredible.
their reactions at 4:53, 6:52 and 7:31 are magical; i love the way ed’s laughter just dissolves into an elongated yell as james gasps for breath and ivo just looks distressed
THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH, I bought tickets to the dinner party but I paused it right before Ivo & forgot to finish before it expired even though I love Ivo & couldn’t BELIEVE I had missed such an iconic event. thank you Benito you’ve made my day!
Mr Pearson is Nigel Pearson, and he wanted a fight, a good British fight, and that's a fight he would win, and it would a fight they'd lose because Nigel Pearson never losses a fight
Loved it. I have to live vicariously, because the version of this story where it's an American woman inadvertently revealing her hotel location to thousands of strangers is way darker.
A place in New York called “Rice to Riches” would change a person’s mind about rice pudding. Interesting place with a rich history of accusations about financial shenanigans. Great puddings though. A whole shop in NYC that only sells rice pudding.
Nothing wrong with it really but because it's meant to be your ultimate meal James thinks it's a waste to choose as your perfect pudding, so it annoyed him.
