Y’all are so lucky to have each other to do this with. I was a full-time RVer for two years then had to return to South Carolina because of some health problems. I’m working on the health problems now and hope to get back on the road and would love to do more Off Roading I would love to find somebody to travel with and share it all with. I just found your channel and have learned a lot. I have been to many of the places you have gone to, but I was in a Dodge ram 1500 4 x 4 stock truck. I’m thinking about getting a gladiator. We’ll see what happens. Thank you so much for sharing your adventures. If you know of an older man that would like to travel and have fun with a woman in her 60s please send him my way thanks.

I'm using your videos as inspiration! I'm building up a 2006 4runner. I'm not going crazy with it, and I don't plan on doing any rock crawling, but I'm doing a small lift, bigger tires, and a roof rack. I want something that will get me out into the woods to see some of the epic views you have been showing in your videos! Keep up the great work, and those drone shots are incredible!!

Great drone video. I have been to White Pockets several times and it is even more spectacular with the drone. I thought I had seen it all but now I have to go back again. Like you said there is more than one way in. The sand is deep and depending on the time of the year you can get bogged down. So, for all of you who want to go to White Pockets be sure and air down and bring a compressor to air back up. Thanks for taking me back again.

In the previous video you came out near Needles District, now you're headed for almost Kanab. There is a tremendous amount of backcountry in between. If you crossed at Hite and went through Grand Staircase you could spend one or two weeks getting to Kanab including Capitol Reef NP and Bryce NP as well as Grand Staircase-Escalante NM. There is a lot to see before you even get to Hite, I just spent about a week there and a couple of years ago I spent another week there. That gives you an excuse for another trip or two. Those roads all look the same on the map but can be very different when you get there. Also the weather can make a difference- an easy road when dry can be extremely difficult when wet. A lot of people in Toyotas and Subarus think they can go anywhere and they quickly learn otherwise. My Jeep with 33" tires is very capable but I can't go the places you can go.

Iv been on some of those trails when I snagged a permit for the south cyotee buttes in an AWD dodge journey, seemed like the sand and center in between tracks is what would get people in trouble. And the south butte is way better to check out then the wave on the north butte.

Sorry you missed the tadpole fish in puddles at White Pocket. They look like proto-frogs but they are fish. Something like pup fish in the Death Valley region. Great photog of course. We were going to go there after Overland West this year but I got sick so cut out White Pocket from the schedule. We hope to return there after August monsoons so there will be puddles.

Try to go to antelope Canyon in page Arizona. It is a beautiful slot canyon and the colors are gorgeous. You can only see it if you go on a tour with the Navajo tour group and it’s kind of pricey but it’s well worth it one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been.

PS The purple mountains of Rainbow Valley you spotted just East of House Rock Valley Road is VERY Much worth the 1 Km hike to see the exposed Chinle formation, You found a hidden gem mostly locals only know about!!

Great video, one of my favs y’all have done. When you’re panning some of these rock features, I almost can see a giant turtle or dinosaur rising up. So naturally cool, but also some hints of other worldly SiFi mojo going on. I’ve been to White Pockets, and thought from the drivers seat that the views were pretty fantastic. BUT…. Your drone footage was so spectacular. There really aren’t any words to describe it right. Thank you so very much for this episode. You’re playing in my backyard, and it’s great to see you guys enjoying it so much. Welcome to our backyard. The N and S TeePees are the best Hike in the area that does not require permit and you were right there! It is called White Pocket because ranchers found water in the low white points as "pockets of water" to feed their cattle. If you haven't departed the area yet, there is a fantastic campsite on the East side of the Vermillion cliffs at (36°50'02.8"N 111°42'13.1"W) with stunning views of the Grand Canyon and Kaibab plateau. Also a large Indian Ruins with Kiva on the South Side Vermillion cliff edge
