My 94 year old Dodge Brothers sedan got to go on its first off road recovery!
The job was a full size sprinter van high centered on a tree stump, and I just had the bare minimum of gear in my lightweight car that was heavily outmatched, but with the extra power from the ‪@YankumRopes‬ Recovery Ring and my ‪@harborfreight‬ Badlands winch, we were able to get the van out without an issue!

@agingwheels is another one that has very entertaining sketches when doing sponsorships (and throughout the rest of the video to be honest). He may not have the track record of destroying sponsors when their product warrants it, but he makes up for that in humor and quality content (if you're into weird [and mostly electric] cars).

me too. usually I skip forward when those type of commercials come up, because so many are scripted and you can tell the presenter either reads off a script or has it memorized and just rattles it off without even meaning any of what they say. But Casey throws personal experience into it, explains the product and why he and his family likes it, even puts a positive spin on things that did not work for him and that makes it believable and entertaining at the same time. And on top of that, he and Factor75 made David a veggie eater, that's a win right there.

That car would be cool with some type of adjustable or air suspension where you could raise the height of the vehicle with the press of a button to increase ground clearance and when you don't need the ground clearance it's back to semi unsuspecting old car.

You are REALLY GOOD with that camera on a stick! Cool how the software erases the stick image, (but it doesn't erase it's shadow).

Thats because the stick is always in the same place relative to the dual lenses. The hemisphereical lenses have like 185° coverage so its possible when stitching the two halves together to use the overage to determine what is on the other side of the stick for the relitivly short distance of the length of the perfectly straight stick. It wouldn't work if the stick had a large sagging bend in it.

I got stuck on a tree stump with a Landrover 1/2 tonne. Lucky for me, I had a vehicle jack, so I just raised it off and reversed off, always lots of options, great job as usual

Even the tire changing jack would have been enough to self-extract off that stump, but it had the driver stumped. In 1969 when my brother and I got my 1/2 ton 57 Chevy pickup stuck in a mountain meadow, our only recovery tool was a 3 ton hydraulic jack and a shovel. We jacked it up and put sticks under the tires and build a short corduroy road. Letting most of the air out of those tube type tires was the final solution. Now my vehicles have a complete recovery system, but it is always being used to help others.

I can just imagine all of Casey's customers getting together to throw him a surprise "Thank You" party. While they're waiting, the following conversation takes place: Customer 1: "Yeah, it was great, he pulled us out with his Zacklift!" Customer 2: "He got us out of a frozen ditch using a Jeep on tracks. Tracks!" Customer 3: "Our front axle broke but he loaded it on his rollback in no time flat!" Customer 4: "This antique car showed up out of nowhere. I swear I thought at first it was ZZ Top, but it turned out to be Casey's tow truck!" Long pause. Just stay with the 12k winch Casey ,because you using it for recoveries. Put in a line lock and get wheel chocks for the front and you'll be good. If that winch ever gives out then change it. Thanks for the video bro 👍
