I took my 2023 Triumph Tiger 1200 GT model on some sketchy service roads today with stock street tires, it worked in mud, loose gravel, snow, thick greasy clay, you inspired me to just get out there and do it, and it was AWESOME! Keep making these videos man, it's cool to see you get better at this insanity. Anything can be an adventure bike if you're willing to beat it up enough. Let's GOOOOO!!!!
You've gotta be the strongest person I've seen at that height. You never get hurt, you put your leg out and catch a million falls, and you pick up 800lb bikes off the ground like it's nothing. The one time I started falling over in sand I put my leg out to catch it and my hamstring ripped right in half, lol.
i used to own a big fat vstrom. i upgraded it so i could go off road. finally got rid of it when i found myself getting into more and more sketchy situations. now seeing matt, do all this with a wing?!? i realize that the bike was never holding me back. matt is an extremely good rider.
My grampa passed away at the age of 85 due to demtia my grandma passed at 86 cause cancer and i really thing if they would have just stayed on the farm life working they retired and settled down and died its really cool to see and older guy out their having fun like hes 25

PIggy makes you sit in a cruiser posture, but you're jumping this hog over rocks and up hills. It's just hilarious. Watching how it digs into sand and squrrels around. Good lord, this is video gold.
Goldwings are touring bikes. If you find the clips where he's got his feet up, they're almost (not quite) under the hips like a dirtbike, not stretched out forward like a cruiser. You can stand up on these even!
Not trying to belittle this achievement but cruiser/tourer posture is very similar to off-road posture. The hunt for leverage and comfort end up at approximately the same place.
I would guess that every Honda engineer in Japan is watching your Goldwind series and loving it! If they're not, they're missing out big time! This is how we learn shit and advance civilization.

I can't tell what he has more of skill or cajones? But either way this is the most entertaining thing I've watched in a while. Imagine being out there in a 30k side by side or a 50k jeep just to get passed up by a 500 dollar dumpster fire Goldwing with no front brake. "Are you not entertained!!!"

I don't know much about bikes but it seems to me that if you'd wheelie the hell's gate up it would help you in those narrow places. Shouldn't be an issue for you. Keep rockin.

I rode my GL1500 down a sketchy dirt road from Mt Hood to Hood River going not much over 15 mph…clearly the Wing could have taken much more! What an amazing rider handling that half ton bike.
You just know those lifted Jeep folks are sitting there in their leather seats with the windows down and the A/C up thinking "this is hard, I wish I had an 850-pound luxury touring motorcycle to make my life easier..." Decisions, huh? Excellent video, thanks for sharing!

Always joked with the family that I'd love to get a gold wing cause it would be fun to piss around with offroad and on road and now seeing someone do it time and time again just hits different xD
