OFF SEASON - Crossing, Shot Stopping & Punching 

Hello keepers! This morning's session was focusing on catching and punching crosses, shot stopping, handling and pick ups.
Punching crosses isn't something that is trained very often in the UK, but is often called upon every game. Therefore we wanted to work on punching techniques, as well as catching the crosses.
