Wish these type of videos were out when I was in school. Being from the hood we had all the talent but no coaching or trainers available to really teach us the game. We played off of raw talent, basically sand lot football every game. So many of us had NFL potential if we could've gotten taught the game fr. So much talent goes to waste with the inner city kids 😢

Tyreek makes this all look easy. This is a very difficult workout. I tried similar drills many years ago when I was in shape and they smoked me. And I was terrible at them to begin with. And that synthetic turf makes it all that much more of a workout.
