it’s important you bowl over your front foot with a pivot even i can’t get it right it’s soo frustrating

Yeah elbow twist isn’t allowed but my tip is just stand and and do your action without releasing the ball it should help just do it atLeast 10-15 minutes everyday I hope it helps

Only 15 degrees of bent elbow allowed, just try in your action to move bowl in your action before release in circle motion so it releases more smoothly
