Unpacking is the first thing I do when I get in the room. Then, I let out a sigh of relief and let the fun begin.

Oh I missed you guys cruising together!!! Great to see you back Jenny, hope you both are keeping healthy & well. Jade was my first ship back after the pandemic & I was on her again last September, both times in Greece/Turkey. She's one of my favorite's. Old but gold :).

If the ship is younger than I am, it’s all good.

Y'all stressing out my autistic brain! I mean you have to be at the cruise port, and your bags aren't packed, rechecked 15 times, you haven't filled up your gas tank or your wallets, and you need to stop for coffee on your way. All of that would have been done days ago if it were me. You aren't on time if you aren't there early and sitting scrolling on Pinterest out of complete boredom. My brain will get overloaded and I will have a meltdown and probably start crying by the time I get on the ship if I was that close to schedule.

So exciting!!! It's a blessing to live close enough to cruise ports to drive. It always gives me burst of adrenaline when I see the ship as I drive up. 😃 Thanks for sharing!!

I was on the Jade for the first time last year (and our first cruise). It was a Mediterranean trip for 10 days and was wonderful. It was nice seeing some of our favorite places on the ship. The aft deck outdoor bar was wonderful to sit outside and have a drink and enjoy the views.

I love this type of video from you. Obviously I am sure you do not like being compared to others but the format that Parodeejay does when they walk around the ship and show us things they do like you did today is a lot of fun to watch. Feel free to do more like this

On Princess, housekeeping gives you the extension cord. No line. One call.

When we went on our cruise we asked the room attendant for an extension cord for my CPAP and he got it to us before the end of day. Narwhil with RC was amazing!

When we travel local, (in the state) we pack with the clothes on hangers, packing cubes on the drawers and we unpack in 10 minutes

My first NCL cruise was 10 day Caribbean cruise on the Jade. It was a birthday present to myself for my 70th, with my sister and bil helping me celebrate... and to ensure I would becspoiled, we had a 2 bedroom suite in the Haven! Fell in love with this size ship, so when planning Alaska cruisetour for my 75th and bil's 71st, we chose Haven again on the Jewel. Have a ball, and if you happen to eat at Cagneys, order the banana banoffe for dessert 😊😊😊😊😊

On my 2nd cruise my friends dropped us off at the port. We hurried to grab our luggage out of the trunk, and I left my purse with our passports in it in the car's backseat. Thank goodness I had my phone in my pocket! I called , and they laughed because they were only two blocks away, but I'd almost had a heart attack,lol. I will never make that mistake again!

Once i was on my way home after work, standing on the corner of 4th and Pike waiting to cross the street and stopped right in front of me was Rhea Perlman and Dale Chihuley in a convertible Jaguar. Rhea was driving and Dale was showing her the sights. I waved and he waved back.

1) we asked our steward for the extension cord and distilled water. 2) there should be a USB in the lights on the wall above the bedside table. 3) we stored our suitcases and extra stuff under the bed 4) the whiskey bar/ wine bar are awesome!

I hadn't seen him since my mother and I went to his glass school in the middle of the woods across from Stanwood, Washington. I grew up on Camano Island, Stanwood is the town you drive through to get to the Island.

I don’t know if you remember me? But I was the star struck guy who yelled “HI TONY!!!” When you were on your balcony on your first Disney cruise a couple of years ago docked in Nassau. I was on my balcony on the NCL ship docked across from you (either the Gem or the Breakaway I can’t remember) Anyway I noticed Jenny didn’t comment on the horrible and dry looking chicken wings from O’Sheehans’! They used to have the best chicken wings! Even when O’Sheehans used to be Blue Lagoon! They always used to have a breading and fried them with a nice crisp! Now NCL just wants to save money and give their customers dry chicken wings!!! Try to have fun anyway! Great video as always!!!

Cabins on that class of ship are SO tiny. We sailed with 3 sisters in one cabin and when the chair was made into a bed, it was wall to wall beds! It was quite funny. The next time, we did a mini suite which was much better.

I really don't like these hangers but I guess cruise ships and hotels use them so people don't bring them home. I do the same as Jenny, I unpack right away when we get the suitcases. I like that it's done for the rest of the cruise. And after, drinks! 🍹🍷Then I feel I'm relaxing. Come on fun time! 😊

I got off the Jade earlier this month, 12 days in the Southern Caribbean. I am a big fan of NCL's older, smaller ships - fewer passengers, full promenade deck,and the Great Outdoors . I had a Privasea balcony that I really liked and would get again. Thumbs up all around. Enjoy your cruise Tony and Jenny B!

Love the NCL ships that have O'Sheehans. We normally eat there for breakfast and often for lunch. BTW we refer to it as Oh Shenanigans!

We put our passports in the same place every time we travel and I still check that place 17 times while driving to the cruise port thinking I can’t find them when they’re there the whole time 😂

We just came back from a Baltic cruise on the NCL Dawn. great ship , great crew no complaints . Embarkation was a bit of a pain disembarkation a whole lot easier. Love those pretzel bites.

My favorite people to do a cruise with....I have always wanted to try these Gem NCL ships and remember when they cane out..darn getting old is fun,,, lol..glad they kept some of the wood...I know their regular balconies are on small side but the redo gives more floor room...so excited,,thanks for taking us!!!

Hey Tony, I always hated running an extension cord across the room for my CPAP. I found a European outlet behind the bed (basically for the bed lamps) I plug a TROND travel plug adapter in one of the lamp plugs and plug my CPAP and phone charger into it. That way I don’t trip over the extension cord in the middle of the night. Can’t believe you didn’t run into Disney traffic heading over to Port Canaveral. Have a great cruise!

Loved the video. Husband and I loved cruising but with his health issues we haven’t been able to go much until last summer. It was such a good time. This video made me smile and had me remembering all the exciting cruises we have had. Jenny B is so pretty …

Cruised Jade in December, S Caribbean 2 weeks (out of Tampa). Enjoyed the ship (especially the smaller size). But it was the only cruise on which I was actually hungry. Check out the little buffet aft of the main buffet for between times. It was fun seeing so many guests utilizing the buffet space (lots of windows) for playing games. Have a great cruise! Once Hubby saw those wings, he didn't want to eat anywhere else. He also did the chili and I did try the pretzel bites and spinach dip! Yum yum food.

You and Jenny ARE THE CUTEST! I love these smaller NCL ships. I always buy the spa package and spend time in the front of the ship. These NCL ships have the best spa at sea.

We have cruised on the Jade twice and really enjoy the ship.

My first NCL cruise was on the Jade, and I really liked it. Also, Port Canaveral is my favorite - especially since I live only about an hour’s drive away.😁 I’m totally feeling Jenny with “oh, so I can unpack now?” 😂 I have to edit to say: I’ve had the Erath Pinot Noir - I think you would have really enjoyed it.

We sailed 11 days on the Jade in April and loved it! Our favorite spot was the Great Outdoors!
