Wrong. This manifold is great for what it was designed to do. This manifold is designed primarily for increased bottom end torque while still improving mid-range and top end power. The single port is designed for increased mid-range and top end performance with a significant sacrifice of bottom end torque. People have a tendency to over carb their engines, this dual plane will not perform well with more than a 450 cfm carb. To preserve the high bottom end torque on my 300, I ended up using a Holley 390 cfm.
