I live in an area with a high homeless population. Tbh I’ve heard every lie from them over the years. They’ll make up in depth stories like this just to get a $5 bill from you. “Oh yea, oh yea I can work. What day? Oh yea, I’ll be there but can I get $5 to get some food before I go over?” Proceeds to go buy drugs and never be seen again, lol.

I only can wish to meet person like Victor, who's really wanting to help not just simply talking, he ain't must do anything! In most situations nobody willing to help, even families turns away from you when they realize you got drugs issues! I'm really proud of you staying sober and helping people! Need more men like this guy. I tried many time's. But got burnt more than helped. Either they stole my tools, stole job materials etc. There's good people out there. Addiction sucks. When work an $ stop people do stupid. I've got so much respect for you man. I wish i could help more people. Im just not stable enough.
Your absolutely awesome by the way. When I was out there in trouble and in need that would have changed my life having somebody come up to me and do this. And as for this gentleman I wish him the most happiness ever and success.

So much that he'd rather spend his money on drugs rather than food. Even quickly makes a point that he only does drugs off the job, and it doesn't affect him (lies), basically wants him to know....he ain't quitting his drugs for no job. He's got my vote for father of the year.

My father in law was just like u brother. He had his own business and would go downtown and find homeless people and give them a job, sometimes even get housing for them. He rip now.. Ur a good man brother.👍

Part of being an addict deep in addiction is being full of shit. He wasn’t lying when he said he was “dead kidding”, but the only truth he needs to tell is that he’s ready to surrender and get clean and accept the offer to go to treatment. He’s truly offering a gift to these people bec as a recovered addict myself with 8 years clean, getting into treatment is a nightmare and way too difficult where I’m from.

Me being an addict who has been clean for over ten years ..this makes me so happy to see i just lost my little sister this year to an overdose we couldn't even afford a service for her and my family has been completely devastated...i just wish i did more to help her but glad yo see ppl likr u out there ... from me personally....thank u so much bro

You find a guy like that in the right scenario and he’ll be the most loyal employee you could ever hope to find. A guy like that will stay after to wash the truck or clean the tools just because he’s so appreciative.
As soon as he told you that he does drugs, I trusted him. We both know that you could tell if he is on them at the job site and since he’s so honest he wouldn’t do that to you. That’s a man I can respect. I hate when they refuse you, just because of marijuana, that might be the case, but you get what I mean
