Thanks I was having trouble with the back of the chair, I tried and tired until I got tired and had to walk away for a while pulled up your video and when I saw you lay the back flat in the chair it made it so much better had no trouble at all, I have Parkinson's Disease and simple stuff like putting a chair together is now hard for me, You tube Videos like yours has helped me a lot, Even fixed my Clothes Dryer last week with a video saving me a lot of money and videos like your save me back pain, and a bad Parkinson Spell coming
Just tackled what seemed to be an easy job and feel like I've been in a fight. One recommendation I have for this is to avoid putting bolts in too tight. Secondly, you may have to put bolts in a different order than this video. The back rest and seat bolts are super tough to get in last. Hope this helps.
Thanks so much for the upload, this was extremely helpful my chair dint come with assembly insteuctions but with your help I was able to put it up no problem. So thank you.
I've been trying to figure out how to insert the seat ontop of the button and I can't believe it's so complicated, it still hasn't gone in yet. I don't understand why it seems easy, but it's so hard, lol! I was able to easily install my other office chair in 15-20 minutes, but this one, I am not sure why I can't get it installed after trying for two days!!!
My mom & I are having the exact same problem. It's as if that top button of the air pump is too big to fit into the bottom of the chair! It shouldn't be a problem, but it's caused a lot of stress and just won't work no matter what we fiddle with.
We're able to get it aligned, but it's insanely wobbly and won't support anything, which are not qualities one wants in a chair-LOL. Is it supposed to be that way? But the instructions don't indicate to tighten anything following that step..?
Thanks. I have a slightly different chair but your video helped much. Smart to rest the back face down on the seat for the lower back screws. I used to struggle with that. Thanks again. :)
The drawing (no instructions) that came with the chair is pretty useless for how to assemble the chair back; This was very helpful. I had given up after 1/2 hour of frustration. I will be calling GRUGA to complain.
Thanks so much for the video. I just got my chair and there were a couple of things (well, maybe 3 or 4) that weren't clear in the instruction leaflet, and the video really helped. Thanks again!
I like how you showed how to insert the 1st chair back screw with the seat back flat. The instructions were useless in showing this trick, and it's nearly impossible to assemble with the back sitting up as it does during use.
Vid helped a lot, although I am fighting with this backrest, trying to get it lifted up to put the bolts in the top holes. I am scared I'm going to strip something.
Thank you so very much sir, your video is very helpful and easy to follow, no complications, I do appreciate your time and effort put in this video 🙏🙏🙏🙏.
REALLY NOT IMPRESSED with the build quality on the Big and Tall Office Chair 500lb Wide Seat Desk Chair I bought. None on the bolts have a lock washer included, that means they will get loose and fall out & the screw mounts will break. For a few pennies more spent per chair on mass production, this chair could have lasted longer & have been a much better experience over it's life time. *Note to manufacturers: Make an assembly video specific to the particular model that you are selling. A general guide video like this is absolutely useless for a specific model assembly problem.
i think cross-head bolts and phillips screwdriver would've been easier getting armrest on back cushion, this way i could've used a ratchet screwdriver and NOT those POS allen-head bolts and wrench.
I agree with Joe P. 8 of the 12 screws have heads that just slip through the holes in the arms. Now I either have to replace the screws, add washers or whatever. The quality control of this product is miserable. I strongly urge you to buiy from a different company.
i did everything like this but my chair doesn’t move up or down.. i press the lever but the part of the gas lift it’s supposed to push down doesn’t move at all as if it was stuck , what do i do
just ordered this chair and the pre-drilled holes in the arms were too big for screws. I was sent a new one and same thing.... Belleze seems to be more of a garbage company than reputable furniture company
Thank you for the video, big help!!! What does it mean if when you sit in the chair it sinks all the way down and you cant rise or lower? I just got it and put it together so not sure why it is doing this. is this an issue with the hydraulic??
I can't get the back seat to not lean forward when I lift it to attach the top screws. I did not tighten any screws, it just won't lift all the way sit up straight for me to tighten the top screws. Any idea's, help please.
