Ahh thank you , that's too kind 💛 The budget vs design thing gets easier with time and every project as you learn how much things cost. Just sometimes the client thinks that they can afford more than they actually have.. that's where the challenge really lies.

@@SpaceForEdit yes, I used to explain this to my own private clients and it seemed to alleviate the surprise factor, however as an employee for larger firms, they have reprimanded me for being OVERCREATIVE and wasting money, as time = money. 😢

I really enjoyed this detail explanation and walking us through the entire realtime process. Could you also help us understand what were your desgin charges for such projects. May be an approximate numbers would also work. This video clearly shows how much of an effort it takes to design, calculate budget, re-design and choose appropriate materials and still ensure it all comes together looking great. Hence want to know if our efforts are also being paid well. Love everything you post :)

Absolutely! And that's why we must charge appropriately. You also need to consider business costs and expenses. I've made a few videos on design fees so feel free to check them out but I will be filming an updated one too 👍

Great video, thanks for sharing! What software do you use and where do you get the actual symbols for the furniture, part and pieces from different manufacturers?

Hiya! I use SketchUp for modelling and there all lots of free CAD blocks on the internet too. Lots of commercial furniture supplier's give you 3dD and 2D downloads on their websites as well ✌️
