It’s amazing to see how far you’ve gotten since I started watching your videos, I remember watching you study and make incredible essays and try to manage your life and now you built your own company or at least the biggest one yet and it’s awesome how far one can go with determination and educating yourself, which is something I notice you constantly do as much as you can… anyways enough rambling, you’re inspiring 🙌🏼 can’t wait to see what comes next.

Love this! Would love to see a video detailing how you went about learning how and where to delegate and scale your business both pre and post VC funding. Like how you went about allocating the finances at your disposal to each area of your business etc

Not really at all! No more so than a normal office. And we like as a start up being able to be in a collaborative space - it was some of the biggest feedback we got from culture surveys!
I love the values & direction & also wonder about all the recycling side in the office with so many snack packets & cans. How WE, & I of course point a finger back at myself, do so much good in one area & then miss what we're doing in another. The stuff we can throw away in the name of not having time to make something fresh or eat fruit which has its own packaging ;-) is just our own lack of awareness. What are your plans for this? Also plastic boxes. To have an overall brand personality that is genuinely doing what it says on the tin, is indeed an enormous task & requires lots of self enquiry. This message is super friendly & I recognise how challenging this is so please know I am being friendly whilst also wondering.... :-)
depends on the quality of the laptop vs monitor. My laptop is a great size and runs smoothly vs my tower at home, who runs slightly faster, has better quality, and I use a curved monitor. When I go to the office though....... the pc set up is several years outdated. I bring my personal laptop and use that fairly often.
Monitors just haven’t arrived yet - everyone was offered full equipment set up and orders have been made accordingly. Just didn’t want to blanket get them for everyone where some people might not want certain pieces of equipment and then it ends up a waste!
looks lovely but did want to kindly echo the concerns about DSE and monitors/ergonomic equipment - an empowered woman is a woman without eye, neck and back problems! Wondering what you do for privacy too with such an open plan? And just a note about diversity/inclusion, not sure wine in the office is a brill thing for anyone who may be struggling with alcohol issues. You're a growing business, so these issues are to be expected. Happy to call you in, rather than call you out :)
The actual desks, chairs and lack of monitors would fail an ergonomic DSE assessment in the UK! Lol at buying that weird dog bed whule employees are going to get neck pain 🤣
Don’t you worry we have people who specialise in this - I filmed this early to get the video up but monitors etc are all incoming. I’ll look into the desk & chairs but all we’re bought with this in mind 🧐

Where are all the screens?! I couldn’t imagine trekking in to an office and then having to work on just my laptop. None of this set up would pass health and safety checks for display screen equipment.
@@Sarahizkl Absolutely! Two big screens and a laptop is the usual in my office. It’s the main draw of going in these days, as I have just one monitor at home.
Dont worry we have the appropriate people advising on these! All monitors and full equipment have been ordered, I just filmed this weeks ago as soon as I could 😊
Can u make your old videos visible again, they were so motivating and relatable. I am really proud of your success, but I'm not a 30 under 30 milionare yet...I'm still in my "study hard faze" balancing my side hustle, fitness and my studies. I still go through some of the notes I made from your past videos, but they don't motivate me in the same way. I do try and focus on making things habits, but mindset also goes a long way.
Looks lovely but I feel like those with their backs to each other on table 1 & 2 are going to knock into each other & not be able to get past others to get out. & the plants will get caught in the cupboard doors and get damaged
I run a VW campervan conversion company and it’s fair to say the boys don’t respect my office space like they should 🥺 will be taking interior design inspo from you today and will be telling them to keep their dirty shoes the fuck out 😂 the 4 dogs that share my office space can however stay indefinitely
